Pros:

Like location. Facility is in a very poor condition. The worst is smoke smell from hallway gets into the room.

Pros:

硬體設施一般，窗戶有一點冷風灌進，但地點非常好，離中央大街、松花江畔近，周邊餐館、小吃、超市都方便，房價低廉，CP值高，很值得推薦。

お湯の出が早く　熱いし素晴らしい。デパートに近く　買い物食事に便利でした。スタッフが　優しいし　日本語でもスマホで対応してくれて　助かりました。

Pros:

中央大街に位置している。まわりは食べ物やさんが多い。朝粥、肉まん、ワンタンなと、300円も出せばお腹一杯になる。
部屋は一番安いのに泊まった。一泊1600円ほど。
しかしその値段以上で満足した。
空港バス3号線のバス停までも10分かからない。
水回りは若干悪く、下水のにおいが少しした。
でも換気扇をまわし、エアコンをつけたらがまんできる。エレベーター一機。ちょっと開閉動作が不安定だったのでぶきみだった。
ともかく1600円で中心部に泊まれ、

地點很好,離中央大街很近，櫃檯放置哈爾濱一日遊的旅行社廣告，勸大家不要買，自己走就行，不要浪費錢，甚麼午餐不用錢，根本就是購物商家提供的，景點門票貴到不行。

Pros:

Smoking is allowed throughout the hotel even though there are no smoking signs. Several time we have a person with lit cigarette join us on the elevator, and it is small elevator.
The building is old and could use a remodel. 3 out of 5 rooms we looked at did not have AC that cooled. The staff worked with us to try to make us happy but it was a challenge to find rooms we could stay in. One of our party gave up and went to a different hotel because they were itching all night from something. Personally the beds were pretty comfortable compared to other hotels in China. Check in does not end at 6 pm as stated.
