Very good value, nice neighbourhood, can be a little noisy
Pros:

The location of the hotel near a beautiful park (Emerald Lake) and lots of eating venues was pleasing. It's the universities neighbourhood, ideal if you like taking strolls. The bed was comfortable, the equipments were complete and I found the staff quite nice and very helpful (note we were speaking in chinese).

Cons:

The acoustic isolation of the hotel is quite poor. As it is located directly in front of a plaza and possibly a primary school, this means you will hear music early in the morning. Also, be careful not to have you room next to the elevator, these ring when arriving and you will hear them.
