The staff were fantastic, very friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention to the lovely cleaning ladies, who were always so kind and did a wonderful job keeping everything clean and comfortable. The facilities were great and well maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a lovely selection. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after.

Good location of a traditional high ranked hotel
We have had a bad surprise, with room severely stinking cigarette, really horrible. It was changed only the next day.
Location entrance was slightly harder to find by car but once you get used to it it's fine. Location is central enough. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well.

Location pretty far from main attractions. Best to used shared bike or taxi to head to other parts of city.
Room lighting a little confusing.
The room was very big and the hotel very nice. The location was good but it was far from the scenic spots to go by foot.
