The hotel is located across from a good lake/green park. The hotel room where I stayed had a lake view with a lot of privacy. The breakfast (included in my hotel rate) was great!
The restaurant (for dinner) seemed to have less staff to operate. For example, the restaurant turned us away one night because they had to take care of 2 tables of guests (about 20 people, I assumed). It sounded weird to have such a limited capacity.
I have always believed in the quality of IHG. For business and travel, I habitually choose to stay here. With no other options in the vicinity, it essentially meets my needs. It seems like they are rebranding recently, and everything is adopting the Crowne Plaza logo.
Hotel facilities are good and adequate, 1H to downtown, near by nothing but 24 hours convenient store available, 1 movie theater and cafe shop, 4 restaurants , service are good with speak English staff ,

It’s the best hotel of this industry zone, barbershop,massage shop, 24 hours convenient store, movie theater, fried chicken shop , walk distance OK. Low price but got good room, recommended this property .
I've booked this hotel via air asia go for my business trip in shanghai recently where the payment have already made via Air Asia.
During Check Out I requested a reciept for my travel claim and didnt know that they will charge my stay again!!
Only realise it when I checked my credit card statement after coming back from the trip.
I contacted them and even the IHG group HQ was promised to sort it out! but after more than 3 months nothing happened.
Please avoid this place if you plan can't speak mandarin, as most of the staffs here if not all cant speak a single basic english!!
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Jinshan in late October for one night on a business trip. This hotel was recommended by my host company as being the newest hotel in the area. My stay was great. The check in process was quick without any issues. This hotel site was just opened in 2018 so it is very new. The carpet still smells new. My room was very spacious with a large bathroom to include a walk in shower and a separate soaking tub. My room was overlooking a pond and the open field. For now, the location is very quiet until the area is built up.
My room rate is reasonable and included breakfast. There is a large selection of both Chinese and western breakfast. The typical eggs, bacon, ham and sausages. Lots of fresh western style baked goods to include donuts, danishes, muffins, breads and rolls. I was duly impressed. I did not have dinner at the hotel therefore, I can't comment on the food quality at dinner. The amenities includes a swimming pool and a gym. The pool looks to be nice size. I can't comment on the fitness equipment at the gym since I did not use the gym.
Overall, I was very happy with my one night stay at the Holiday Inn Jinshan and would recommend this hotel to others.
Overall is good but the price is a little bit expensive.
