Blindspot for travelers.
Pros:

Room is not big, but not as claustrophobic as APA Hotel. Enough space to open my suitcase.
Location is A+. Really close to Shin-Osaka station, which is convenient to explore city center. Exploring Shin-Osaka station is already satisfying.
The room & building are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Wifi is sometimes very slow or no signal.

Pros:

チェックアウト時に体調を崩してしまいましたが、すぐにフロントで対応していただきました。（最大3時間の延長）
チェックイン前に余裕があり着いてしまい、時間前に対応していただきました。
チェックイン時の説明が丁寧でした。

Cons:

安価な値段だったので朝食の値段が高めでした。
備え付けの冷蔵庫は小さめなので長期滞在は難しいです。

新大阪なのに、大阪の地上波で視聴できないチャンネルがあり不愉快。TVの設定でアンテナ受信を確認したが、
「朝日放送」「毎日放送」が全く検出できない。ﾃﾚﾋﾞ大阪は電波が弱く視聴できない。地上波で視聴できたのは
NHK、NHK教育、読売、サンﾃﾚﾋﾞ　　最低
