Good hotel at a good price
Pros:

Well located closed to shin osaka station. Staff is polite and available and price is excellent for the location. Slept well, would booking again

Cons:

Installations are a little bit old, but didn't compromise the experience. Amenities are not very diverse, but adequate for the budget.

We had a good time in our stay.

The location is very convenient. There are nearby restaurants and stores to look around. Guest has an option to do laundry.
