Pros:

Super petit déjeuner, très variés, un peu répétitif toutefois. Chambre correcte et relativement "grande" par rapport au standard japonais. Le personnel au top, même lorsque certains touristes sont exécrables. un très bon WiFi. Nous sommes resté 18 jours dans cet établissement.

Cons:

Les 4 étoiles indiquées pour (par ?) cet hôtel (sur le site Booking) qui n'en n'est pas un ; c'est plutôt un trois étoiles honorable. L'accès à la salle de bain, avec une marche trop haute et une contre-marche en regard à un niveau plus bas (tout au moins pour moi PMR). Les coussins de la literie extrêmement désagréables.

Pros:

location, very apt and close to shin Osaka station and metro station is even more closer. very good Indian restaurants near by. Rooms are decent enough. i had two daughters 11 and 8 years old amount with my wife. We were comfortable with the beds. room size was not bad considering the room sizes in Tokyo. staff were supportive

Cons:

breakfast options were very limited and we being Indian vegetarians, literally could not find anything interesting. the bread was also not the routine sliced loaf ( it was bun kinds).

Good location, reasonable value for money
Pros:

This hotel is close to Shin-Osaka station, a major hub for southern Japan. It was reasonably good value for money.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Lee SC and Nobehara, who both provided exceptional service. They were both professional and personable.

The breakfast buffet was reasonably extensive but a little on the expensive side.

Cons:

Some of the facilities need maintenance. For example, the wifi was better than our first stay but it was still flakey at times. Our room had no bedside lights - they appeared to have been broken off and not replaced. However, when I mentioned this to Ms Nobehara, she arranged a portable replacement.

위치는아주좋아요.난바에서내려서 미즈노선 290엔표를사면 신오사까역까지올수있다.시설은아주좋아요.방이다른곳보다크다.

4일간있다가왔지만 수건과치솔을교환해주지않아요.로비에내려가서달라고해야돼요.4일중1번청소요청을할수있다.문고리에수건과칫솔을걸어주었으면좋겠어요

L'hôtel est situé à 5 min à pied du métro, 10 min de la gare et dispose de konbinis à proximité. Emplacement idéal pour se déplacer et avoir accès aux endroits stratégiques rapidement en transport.
Chambre agréable bien qu'un peu vétuste, le rideau de mon lit et le mur à proximité étaient tâchés. Chambre fonctionnelle et équipée. Personnel agréable et disponible. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

這次獨旅入住雙人房，整體來說都很好，飯店位置鬧中取靜，附近有多家超商，嘴饞時非常方便，離新大阪地鐵7號出口走路差不多三分鐘就到非常便利。
