Stayed her for 16 nights and encountered no problems.
Pros:

Very friendly welcome, staff extremely polite and welcoming troughout. Room was impeccable, breakfast is good. Very good price/quality, I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The location is not in an interesting neighbourhood; it is perfectly safe, though, and the transportation links are excellent.

Stayed early March 2026 for 9days. This hotel is well placed near the Shin-Osaka station as well as 2 other local lines. We found the room small but very clean and perfect for us. Was very clean and reasonably priced for the location. Buffet breakfast was an excellent add on to the room.
