Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews explicitly call rooms and facilities 'clean' and 'spotless'; one guest noted sheets/products were not changed on a longer stay, but overall cleanliness is a strong positive.
Service
9.4
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable; staff handled a pool incident professionally and guests frequently said they'd stay again due to service.
Location
9
Several guests praised the convenient location, easy freeway access, nearby restaurants/shopping and mountain views — consistently positive.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms are generally comfortable with good layouts, but reports of tight room space for some, noise from neighbors and slow/broken elevators reduce this score.
Amenities
8
Heated pool/hot tub, Dove toiletries and good parking were noted positively; however a pool glass incident, small gym and elevator problems temper the amenity experience.
Value for Money
8.6
Guests mention fair pricing and good breakfast offerings; perceived value aligns with the overall target rating.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast and coffee receive strong praise ('awesome', 'great coffee'), though several mentions of missing items (bacon, waffles) and occasional limited refills lower the score slightly.
Overall Experience
8.4
Predominantly positive experiences with recommendations to return; a few operational hiccups (pool closure, elevator, housekeeping lapses) prevent a higher overall rating.

Pros:

Clean, roomy, uncrowded

Love the Dove haircare and skincare pumps in the bathroom

Appreciated the year round heated hot tub/pool

Cons:

No bacon for breakfast on the two days we were there, but they did have pork sausage (2 days) and turkey sausage (1 day)

We would stay there again.
Pros:

Clean. Welcoming. Good amenities

Cons:

While the hotel is in a quieter location the rooms themselves are not noise proof. Could hear neighbors on phone.
Also towel bars in bathroom would be nice
