Great parking lot, Decent room for trucks. Tight room space but ok for a night.

Fantastic security at night!
It was handled quickly and professionally but when we got there , there was glass in the pool, which we didn't notice, when we first got in, and they had to shut it down right after we got there , the pooll is what I look forward to the most on vacation. As it turns out some previous family decided to take the glass from the fire pit and throw it in the pool. By the time we were allowed back in the sun was going down so it was to cool. But they were very nice about it, its not like it was dirty or anything. Just some ppl like to ruin it for everyone else.
I do Love Holiday Inn. This was the only time I was disappointed.
The broken elevator was a problem. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

Beautiful hotel, easy access to the freeway and mountain views. I arrived at the hotel and was greeted with a smiling face and was quickly off to my room. The room was clean and comfortable with a couch and a chair by the window. The hotel felt new and seemed to be well cared for by management. There is a large shopping area just down the street with dining options. The front desk was knowledgeable about the area and able to direct me to a few options for items I needed to buy.
There was a large group of teenagers on a mission trip that were all in the breakfast area when I went down in the morning, but the hotel had opened a conference room for them to use, which made the area not feel crowded.
The only issue I noticed was the elevator. There were two, but only one was working and it was very slow. However, the stairs were easily accessible, so I used them instead. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We stayed Sun-Wed, checked out on Thurs; however, the bed sheets were not changed, especially us staying for that long. The products in the bathroom were not refilled.
