Great area, great front staff, great cooks, it was what can I say... IT WAS GREAT!
Pros:

We liked the breakfast and loved the coffee. Front desk staff was great!

Cons:

We stayed Sun-Wed, checked out on Thurs; however, the bed sheets were not changed, especially us staying for that long. The products in the bathroom were not refilled.

It was a good location and it was clean for the most part.

Cons:

There was almost a 2hr delay in one of our rooms so then had to be moved away from friends we were with. One of our rooms had a big blood stain or something on the bedding. We were told at check in that we could have a late check out if we just let the front desk know. But when doing that we weren't able to because I booked through 3rd party. They didn't want to accommodate us for anything initially but I apparently irritated the girl enough and all they said was we'll give you 1 free night on your next stay....but I still dont show those points added to my account.

It was clean and comfortable except for the toilet needed repair!
Pros:

The location was great! Clean and newer place.

Cons:

The toilet needed maintenance and it was too late in the night to report it. I told the staff when I checked out and he acted like he knew about it!

A good stay at a reasonably priced hotel.
Pros:

It was new and modern, the breakfast was tasty and diverse, and everything seemed clean.

Cons:

The beds were a little firm, but that’s a preference thing. The WiFi was rather poor (about 3-5 mb/s download).
