Ruido del aire acondicionado y el ruido proveniente de otras habitaciones o de la recepción.
Las almohadas no eran las mas cómodas.

Le petit déjeuner.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié de découvrir 2 jours avant notre arrivée qu'il fallait payer 20€ de parking pour chaque nuit passée . Ceci n'était pas identifié dans le descriptif de la page d'accueil (mention PARKING seulement) mais indiqué dans une rubrique complémentaire. Ceci devrait apparaître clairement en tant que PARKING PAYANT car impacte énormément le budget. Revoir la présentation serait une bonne chose pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Plusieurs points à revoir :
- l’hôtel est en fait un ancien immeuble réaménagé en hôtel.
-le petit déjeuner est bof, pas grand choix malgré la diversité des touristes étrangers. Il en faudrait plus comme par exemple du pain français , des jus de fruits frais, et pas un seul jus de fruit en brique du supermarché d’à côté.
- nous avons eu la chance de voir le propriétaire qui est médiocre et non sympathique, très hautain, à la limite du non respect.
- la jeune femme a l’accueil devrait revoir son langage lorsque nous demandons de bien vouloir sortir notre voiture la cours, je cite : il va falloir courir plus vite !!!! Mais bien sûr tout en chargeant la voiture, et elle, restent dans son fauteuil en haut 🙄
- La salle de bain est très étroite et la douche encore plus. Mon mari d’une belle corpulence ne pouvait pas se doucher comme il faut. Attention à vous selon si vous êtes grand et costaud il est difficile de pouvoir se laver entièrement 😂

Bref , trop de points négatif pour y revenir. Un propriétaire qui est à la hauteur de son établissement. 5 est déjà une belle note grâce aux femmes de ménage .
Et un ascenseur jamais dispo 🤦🏼‍♀️

كان الموظفون متعاونين ولطفاء، وأشكرهم على حسن تعاملهم. لكن للأسف كانت تجربتي مع مالك المكان في الفترة الصباحية غير جيدة، إذ لم يكن متعاونًا ولم يُظهر حسن التعامل مع النزلاء.

كما أن الإعلان أوحى بأنه فندق، بينما في الواقع هو عبارة عن غرف للإيجار داخل مجمع سكني، والاستقبال يقع في الدور الأول وليس هناك خدمات فندقية كما توقعت عند الحجز.

أنصح بتوضيح طبيعة مكان الإقامة بشكل أدق حتى لا تكون توقعات النزلاء مختلفة عن الواقع.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative, and I appreciate their kindness. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner in the morning was disappointing. He was not cooperative and did not treat guests in a welcoming or professional manner.

In addition, the listing gives the impression that this is a hotel, but in reality it is a guesthouse with rooms inside a residential building. The reception is located on the first floor, and there are no hotel-style services as I expected when I made the booking.

I recommend describing the property more accurately in the listing so that future guests know exactly what to expect.

The room was clean overall, although guests who are particularly attentive to small details might notice that some areas could benefit from a little more thorough cleaning.

A little cramped, no amenities

I was surprised hotel is within a administrative office building and there is one reception for 3 hotels with different amount of stars. That was a bit concerning. Also, the thin walls, well I woke up 2 times at night because first somebody was going to the airport late at night and then in the morning the staff was prepairing things for the morning clean. It was like a morning apocalypse sound and I was very overstimulated.

The only thing that could be improved is the coffee facilities... a super attentive receptionist made me a coffee at 5.30am as I had an early start but it would be better if guests were able to do this alone so I didn't need to bother him, or if the room had facilities. The coffee vending mach on the 2nd floor is there, but only accepts coins... so ill remember this for next time, but it might be useful for guests to know. This is a small thing, but might be useful to know, other than that, a fabulous little hotel!

It would have been better if there were a sign with the hotel name CARLO GOLDONI HOTEL outside the building.

Bardzo mała, niewygodna łazienka. Trzeba było ostrożnie się w niej poruszać, żeby przypadkiem nie uderzyć w półkę i nie zrzucić rzeczy.
