Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was good and clean to sleep in. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning which gave us energy for the day. We were also able to order my breakfast to go when we checked out early. Thank you staff!

旧市街にあり街歩きが好きな自分にはぴったりです。
ホテル入口のカフェの店員さんもフレンドリーでいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれます。
設備は少し古いですが、。清掃はちゃんとやってくれるので不満はありません。
旧市街ではおすすめのホテルです。

Pros:

少し値段が高く感じるかもしれませんがここは迷わずバルコニー付きを是非選択してください。私の部屋は6階だったのですが街路樹が窓の前まで伸びていて部屋から緑が見えるし向かいの建物からの目隠しにもなり窓全開で開放的に過ごせました。もちろん市街地で目の前は道路なので始終車やバイクとクラクションの音が聞こえますが、これぞベトナムって感じですぐBGMになります。うるさければ窓を閉めてエアコンガンガンにして過ごせばいいだけなので。
場所は旧市街の西外れですがそれがむしろいいです。旧市街中心ほど混雑はしていないので安全ですし、でも旧市街へは歩けば5〜10分す。それよりもこのホテルから徒歩5分の距離に大聖堂があり周辺にはCong cafeなど多くのカフェ名店があるしMarouチョコの直売店やChieなどのハンドメイド雑貨など多くのショップがすぐそこです。同じ5分の距離にブンチャーダックキムもあります。早朝は是非ホアンキエム湖でローカルの方々に混ざってジョギングしてください。歩いて数分で行けます。人と自転車の多さ、大ボリュームでエアロビとか体操している集団は圧巻です。
とにかく市内どこへのアクセスも抜群ですのでトイレ休憩やベッドで一休みしたければ部屋に戻って回復してからまた散策できる最高のロケーションだと思います。

Not happy ..
Pros:

6 days I stayed this hotel for my business trip. It was not so good.
Sometimes didn't clean my room, sometimes room card key was not working properly, sometimes room smells... etc.

Boendet var utmärkt. Lite problem med språket men inget stort.
Värst var övergången från cenrtum till ön. Brons mycket smal och kan svara svårt för barn och äldre.

Rooms at back are quiet but beds are very hard!
Pros:

The Hotel is much more dated than the pictured appear. They've done a great job on the wide angles lenses too as it was fairly squishy.

The reception staff had fairly poor English, which I understand its not an English speaking country, but compared to other hotels it was noticeably worse.

The bed was also about the same firmness as a commercial airline economy seat. So if you don't like hard beds look elsewhere.

お部屋の掃除が行き届いていて、水回りが特にきちんとされていたので、気になる点も無く本当にここのホテルにして良かったと思いました。水圧や温度も問題ありません！そして何より立地が最高だったので、公共のトイレを使うのが苦手な私は一度外でご飯を食べてお手洗いのためにホテルに戻ってきたり、少しお土産を買ってはホテルに置きに帰ったりしていました笑朝ごはんもとてもしっかりとしたビュッフェで大満足です！次またハノイに来た時は利用しようと思っています
