Great experience in first time stay at LADALAT
Pros:

EVERYONE in staff is well dressed, polite, cheerful, and helpful. I am totally impressed. Breakfast is great with lots of varieties in Vietnamese, European, and American styles. A la carte meals from 10am to 10pm are also very good and reasonably priced. Has many options for vegetarians/vegans diet.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance that I did not know when booked the room.

Big rooms. Comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Room doors aren’t soundproofed so can hear everything in the hallways. Gym old and needs updating. Water pressure could be better

Good hotel! Recommend
Pros:

Nice staff, big size rooms.

Cons:

Noisy street with the windows not providing very good noise insulation.
The bathtub did not hold water very well. I had to refill once in a while

-Food was excellent
-Facility was clean and luxurious
-Location was optimal

Cons:

- Reception staff was so so. The motorbike keeper provided nore information and was more enthusiastic then them. 5 star for him.

-The service didn't feel like a 5☆ hotel.
