El colchón era de plástico, nos encontramos un condon usado en el suelo.las sábanas bajaras no acoplaban y acababas durmiendo sobre un colchón de plástico. Las toallas eran diminutas. La luz se encendía con el movimiento . La habitación daba a un callejón oscuro que tenía muchas maquinas de aire acondicionado.
The staff was very nice and friendly. Even though they did not speak English and we spoke no Korean we used our phones to translate. One staff also gave us good recommendations to eat around the area. We couldn’t go because we didn’t have time, but we appreciated his efforts. The location was also excellent. It is very near the station and easy to get to. There are also lots of things in the area.
We didn’t realize it was a love hotel so during our stay we had a really loud couple go in and out from next door. We could only hear them in the hallway but it was in the middle of the night and their in and out disturbed our sleep. But other than that, it was great.
The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. The room is large and the location is also very good. It is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 12 of Seomyeon Station (with elevator). There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby.
The room was not cleaned properly. In addition to the hair of the previous guest on the floor (or the hair of several guests, because there was a lot of hair...), what was even worse was that there was hair on the bed. We immediately reported it to the hotel staff and they immediately arranged for someone to help clean it, but it was still not very clean, so we wiped the entire floor and table again by ourselves. We didn't dare to use the bathtub at all...

The receptionist did try to help by switching us to different rooms when we raised concerns.
The room was in an unacceptable condition. There was long hair on towels, under pillows, on the floor, and in the corners of the room. The sheets had visible stains, and the slippers left marks just by walking on the provided floor mat. All three rooms we were offered had the same issues: visible dust, stained walls, and worn-out, uncomfortable beds. We found a piece of plastic under the mattress, and the whole room felt neglected and unsanitary. The photos on the listing were misleading. This hotel seems more like a love hotel and is not suitable for general travelers. We had to leave after one night despite booking for longer.
Location is very good! Near the subway, and many cafes and shops, even malls. The stuff is very nice.
Room wasn’t very clean :( And it was humid in the room. Maybe do something with this? And paint your walls, please, just for aesthetic.
Room was filthy, cum stains on walls and curtains absolutely disgusting, we left as soon as we saw the room.

Every bathing towel is so black and dirty. Bedding had hair in it.
I can’t believe there are so many problems happened, it ruined my trip after below terrible experience.
Morning shift front desk:
-upon my arrival in the morning, the staff crossed her arms right away and said check-in at 15:00. I understand the normal check-in time at 15:00, however you should at least check my booking and see if any room available or giving me suggestion instead of showing this kind of attitude to me that I cannot early check-in anyway, whether room available or not.
-when I requested to keep my luggage then, no luggage tag is offered and my luggage just placed in public area, I wonder if it is secure enough.
-staff cannot speak any English so I need do translation by phone, however I was just asking a simple question, e.g where is the closest subway exit. Staff failed to answer me. Later on, I found this information on the back of the hotel name card by myself.
After check-in at ‘15:00’:
-The A/C in room is confusing as I cannot found any remote control. The front desk explained the A/C control is also on the same remote of the TV, as it is all in Korean, it is not user friendly as foreigner will not know Korean. Lastly, the staff came to switch on the A/C using another remote that is not provided in room, she also asked me to keep it in the room, so why you don’t place the A/C remote in the room at the beginning ?
-There is no one time use slipper provided in room unless you request.
-Room is not clean!!!!! Firstly I found few hairs on bed, as I am so tired I just removed them by myself. When I checked the pillow and bed sheet, I was so shocked that there were some very long hairs inside the pillow case as well as under the bed sheet!!! I am sorry that I cannot stand it , this is very disgusting! Is the room really cleaned before sold?
-So, I requested to room move, staff helped me moving to the opposite room. After that, I found that there is no bathtub in the new room. I double checked online, the room I booked is the deluxe double room/design white room (19m2), but staff moved me to the standard double room (16m2) without mention it. As this room is more clean and seems I have no choice, I chose to stay at this room and I am tired to question anymore. However, it is not good because you have downgraded my room type, price is not the same!
-staff don’t know the hotel wifi has changed and asked me to search a wrong name, I am not able to search it so I can only use my mobile data. 15 mins later the staff told me the correct wifi name, I am shocked that they don’t familiar with the Hotel wifi.
-room have some weird electricity noise and easily hear noise from outside.
Extra point after stayed:
-all towels are same size and not large enough. As they are in same size, I wonder the hygiene issue, some guest may use the towel as bathroom mat and maybe now I am using it for shower?
-shower head not strong enough, causing more time to bath.
Hope you will look into these issue, I wasted 1 hour fixing these issue, and actually I am exhausted after a mid-night flight.
**I forgot to take a picture of the long hair inside the at the first time, however I found same issue happened in the second room, picture is attached which also show another hair inside the pillow case.
Great location, in town with lots of food, drink options from budget street food to higher end.From Bus station train to Seomyeon station, exit 12 (for lift),turn 180 degrees from lift exit, past Starbucks & exit 8,1st left walk 60 metres,1st right walk 100 metres,1st left walk 30 metres to hotel. Helpful reception, lift, good room, good bed, wet room bathroom with glass walls sheer black curtains for privacy. Quiet. Breakfast; usual white bread/toast, jam, coffee machine; Americana black coffee or espresso.at reception, have on balcony on 6th floor. Good free wifi, Good place, recommended, would stay here again.
