Close to the beach, night mark, restaurant

Very good erything

At first, I booked the cheapest room with lowest price, but the room turned out to be no window. I don't like that and decided to upgrade to sea view with just $5 extra/night. It was absolutely worth the money. the sea view was great. the furniture was not new but ok, clean bathroom. Staff are always smiling

Først fikk vi et rom som så vidt kan kalles et rom, det hadde ikke vinduer og mugg i taket på badet. Da vi sa ifra til de som jobbet nede synes de ikke det var noe problem og at rommet vårt var i grei tilstand, som det aboslutt ikke var. Det endte med at vi måtte betale for å oppdragere rommet…Det nye rommet var veldig fint og greit. Mye plass og fint bad. Men, når det kom til å sove var det umulig. Ekstremt mye lyd både morgen og kveld. Dette sa vi ifra om når vi sjekket ut, men fikk ingen respons.

The hotel staff were excellent and a polite young friendly bunch. They helped with luggage and information. The hotel needs updating but for what I paid for I expected this. There is some view of the sea but theree is a large nousy road between the hotel and beach. It is convennient located and though noisy, as nearly everywhere in big cities in Vietnam, I still slept.

10/10 would stay again.

I had a very nice stay. The location was ideal. right in the heart of the city, 2 minute walking to beach, and many restaurants, shops nearby. The room was small, no window which was a bit disappointed , but that ok for the cheap price. BUT It had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The next door guests were quite noise at night and we could not sleep but the staff quickly came up and gently reminded them , then everything was fine again. they also offer other sea view room or room with window city view with a small charge upgrade. But i do not do it. I just get few hours sleep only. Most of the time, i went out, so no need more expensive room

Parking space for motorbikés. The room no window is cheap and of course quite small. I got the sea view beautifully with only $5 extra. Smiling and friendly staff. highly recommended!

Cleaners were lacking in their duties breackfast was minimal

After reading countless nightmare stories (including from Nha Trang) ending with "I should have never let them hold my passport", I always keep my passport with me while traveling. Some Vietnamese hotels initially have asked to hold it, but upon my request, all have accepted a photocopy, photo, and/or a cash/credit card deposit.

All excpet Le Soleil Hotel. During check-in, staff said he would "hold" my passport". He refused my alternative suggestions, argued belligerently, and gesticulated with my passport in hand as if playing a game of "keep away". Only when I stared him down and ordered him to "give me my passport back, right now!", then he finally relented.

To confirm, I asked "to be clear, you are saying I cannot stay here unless you keep my passport?" The staff said "yes". I walked out the door.

Something was wrong with this man. His tone during the interaction was more like someone who might be associated with the criminal underworld versus any hotel employee I have ever met in the dozens of places of all types in which I have stayed in Vietnam.

I then had to wander around Nha Trang after midnight searching for new accommodation. Due to high season, it took three hours to find another place. This unsafe situation was directly caused by the negligence of Le Soleil Hotel.

Furthermore, the hotel has thus far (five days hence) stymied my attempts to obtain a refund by dragging out the process with Hotels.com customer service. Be warned!!!

Notre chambre à l'arrivée la télévision était défectueuse. Le personnel nous à peu accueilli. Le déjeuner n'est pas terrible.
Bref on à pas aimé

Location is very good. Hotelstaff polite. Room spaceious. However breakfast could be better.
