곰팡이냄새가 심합니다
Pros:

절대럭셔리호텔아닙니다 곰팡이냄새때문에 괴로웠습니다 공원뷰아니고 공터에 쓰레기더미가 있었습니다 에어컨실외기소리에 잠을 잘수가없었습니다 4박을 하기위해 큰방으로 바꾸었지만 커텐을 열수가 없었습니다 바로 코앞에 다른호텔이 있습니다 에어컨에서 물이 줄줄새서 타월을 받혀 놓았습니다 방에서는 와이파이가 되지않는다고 컴플레인을 여러번했으나 아무런 변화가 없었고 직원들은 인사도 잘 안받아주는 무표정한 얼굴들이 었습니다 다만 동네가 한인촌이라는것은 좋았습니다 하여튼 곰팡이냄새와 낡은 인테리어는 바꾸어지면 좋겠습니다

The property was quiet in a nice way. The room was clean, and by now I've gotten used to the fact only a few properties will match their pumped up online photos. I still enjoyed my stay, which was for a single night.

値段の割に、部屋が綺麗！
大通りから一本入った路地に位置し、一日中、静か。騒音が非常に少ない
アメニティーもエコで、充実。
ホーチミン市７区に用事の人には利便
市の中心部から距離があり､市内観光には不便。

쾌적하고 좋습니다.
Pros:

룸은 아주 깨끗한 편입니다. 주위가 조용해서 좋았습니다. 하지만 아침 식사는 기대하지 않으시는게 좋으며, 간단하게 드시기에는 무리 없이 드실 수 있습니다. 너무 맛있는 호텔 조식은 기대하지 마세요.
물이 잘 나오지 않는 방이 있습니다.

추천하고 싶지 않은 숙소입니다
Pros:

예약된 사항과 다른 방을 배정하고도 메니저는 조치를 취해주기 보다는 맞다며 계속 문제를 제기하는 나를 무시하는 행동으로 해결하려는 성의가 전혀 없었습니다
시설은 낡았고, 청결하다는 느낌이 들지 않습니다
함께간 가족들에게 미안하기만 하더군요
또한, 다른 직원들도 손님에 대한 배려가 부족합니다
푸미흥에 더 좋은 숙소가 많으니 더 나은 선택을 하세요

Pros:

Room is very, very small compare to other hotel in the same area and price , hotel not as the pictures is look 10 times bigger than what you see on orbitz.
Hotel guess very lound all the time, you can hear people on street talking and people in hotel as well.

Pros:

Its a small hotel in a quiet area 25 min from City in taxi 140.000 VND.
Its not clean, the bedsheets where dirty only two towels and the service is poor. The roof in the bathroom was about to fall down is was only supported by the
shower. They couldn't answer any questions.

It was pleasant. However I’d say the photos are a little misleading to the condition of the hotel. We found an Italian restaurant just round the corner and it was amazing !

Super rude owner that show zero compassion

I hope anyone reading this review will not book or stay this hotel. My worse hotel experience ever. The hotel bed is badly infected with bed bugs. On the next morning, I quickly informed the reception to change room but they told me hotel is full and u able to have other rooms for me. So they say they will sort out the mattress before I come back that night which I thought they had but apparently they did not as I got even more nasty bites the following day. Almost my whole entire legs, arms and face are covered in red, swollen bed bugs bites. It was so painful and I tried to call the owner to inform him of what had happened to me. As someone running my own business and in the service line(although I was already so depressed in my condition), I tried to speak calmly with the owner about what had happened was really unacceptable as I have given them a chance to solve the bed bugs issue. To my horror, he begin shouting at me over the phone and slammed down the phone on me. He have zero compassion for his customers apparently. He could have just said sorry that this happen and would do something about it. It wouldn’t make me even more sad about the situation. I looked at my arms and legs now and I want to cry. Imagine I had bring my little boy to this holiday with me? He would also have been covered in bites too.

This is really unacceptable. The owner is so rude. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos. The hotel doesn’t even look that great, apparently the rooms are dirty
