If you have another option, exercise it.
Pros:

It was my most interesting stat in a while.
There was a huge argument when i arrived with a different customer.
I checked in and went to my room, where I found it occupied.
Was issued a new room and it was in various stages of disrepair. From hanging router in the entryway, mouldy tub, no latch on the window, even the mirror had obviouslybeen replaced , but they didnt bother removing or aligning it with the old one.

The staff was friendly, to me anyways

Overall.... Grungy

No sleep at all to the price of USD 170
Pros:

The staff is friendly. The corridor and room where I stayed was not nice. It felt old and I actually felt a bit scared... There was an Iranian party going on until 03:00 and I heard it as if they were in the room next to mine. No sleep at all to the price of about USD 170.

Pros:

E' necessario saldare il soggiorno al check in, non accettano American Express e Diners, la "suite executive 219" è effettivamente spaziosa ma dotata di arredamento orribile; trovi il bagno sporco con erogazione "desertica" dell'acqua calda nella doccia; il frigo bar vuoto e devi aspettare due giorni perchè ti rifacciano la stanza: fatto salvo che €93/B&B a Dubai è poco il valore che ricevi è inferiore.
