Proximity to lively East Austin. Overall cleanliness except for the cockroach in the bathroom.

Cons:

Cockroach that was somehow ignored by personel. I informed them about a cockroach in my bathroom, and they said it’s „normal”.

Beautiful and cleaned located apartment very highly recommended

Clean easy access and a good location and great price for 2 bedrooms!

Cons:

Did not feel welcomed by the staff at the beginning when check in. First place I ever been where staff waited to be greeted by the guest. Overall she was helpful in the end though.

Pros:

The receptionist at check-in was so helpful and kind. Even when I got in later than expected. Just make sure you check in early so they have time to give you the door codes.

The location is awesome if you want to be right in the middle of lots of bars and restaurants. Grocery store across the street is convenient.

Cons:

The check-in I wasn't used to even though I've done it before. It's a great system but I'm last minute sometimes so it made me nervous
