It felt like home away from home. Everything was well thought out. I never found myself thinking that I wash I had something I needed to be comfortable. The person working the night we checked in was also very friendly and accommodating.
I like that it was close to everything the location was good
Well, we were told by the a staff member that we were large group needed to keep quiet however, our room was right under dive bar lol I hate to think this remark was racially motivated the people at the club were louder than us please be considerate when asking this and your bedroom is in eye distance of the club and she didn’t understand parking also, loss sleep from fire drill that went off overall okay probably would not stay again
This is an economical accommodation on trendy 6th street in East Austin close to downtown and not far from the river. The room was clean and functional - no complaints. Staff was helpful and the check-in/check-out process simple and easy.

There is a coffee machine in the lobby. There is a well equipped kitchenette with dishes and a dishwasher. There is laundry in the corridor.
There was no table and chair to sit and eat the meal or work on a computer. Staff was not able to provide any. There is no TV signal. You must have an application to watch TV. The carpet was not vacuumed, probably. There was a bunch of hair. Control of the fan on the ceiling was a closely guarded secret. Sometimes worked, sometimes not. It was not possible to initiate the air conditioning. 505$ per night Shame!
Great location! A big space to stay with a kitchen. Very modern.
The parking is a pain to get to. My reserved spot had a car parked in it. Also, one of the nights my code to my room didn’t work. It was after hours and I had to text for help. It was resolved in about 20 minutes. But I did not care for the dreadful feeling of not being able to immediately get into my room.
The room and the gym along with the coffee machine downstairs and how close the property is to everything. Perfect walking distance to everything. Great view of what's happening around. Love the way the space is set up. I could live there for sure.
How can you hear everything in the hallway and outside? However, it wasn't too bad, just louder than expected. Also a mirror in the room would have been useful.
The hotel is very well located in 6th street within walkable distance from any downtown attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough and furnished.
The bed size was a bit small compared to US standards. We wanted to use the safe, which was locked, after asking the staff they mentioned that they are removing them from rooms. Difficult to store valuable items during the day.

Did not feel welcomed by the staff at the beginning when check in. First place I ever been where staff waited to be greeted by the guest. Overall she was helpful in the end though.

No food service at the time of our stay. Short of staffing, most everything handled by technology. No "house service".
