Excellent stay! Great hosts
The staff was very friendly. We had a big bed and the room was very clean. Great location
This is a very calm and peaceful place, located near the mountains—a beautiful spot for morning walks. The room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.
I have no complaints, but I would suggest placing a warning sign near the pool, as the tiles can be quite slippery.
Everything was perfect. The owners, John and his wife, were super nice and very helpful with everything.
Lovely family run home stay, good location, can rent motorbikes quite cheap there and also laundry service.

Very thin walls, noisy neighbours. No facility to fill up water bottles.
Unfortunately no one on site when we arrived. Comfortable clean bed. However the place needs a lot of maintenance. Shower head was broken, wardrobe hanger broken, slat on bed surround broken. Bikes offered for free but unusable, broken chains, flat tyres, broken bearings in pedals. We left after our first night to paradise 2 doors down the road. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
Really nice Family, everyone was involved and took care of us. We could rent a Scooter for pretty cheap, to explore the surroundings. Definitly a must do! She explained everything and gave us some recommendations. Even pur laundry came back pretty fast. The Bungalows were pretty cute and especially the Garden, with the starfruittree. They buy the breakfast on the market every morning.
The bathroom was pretty smelly and had a lot of mold in it, i guess they will renew it in a bit.
Free bikes were available. If you are looking to ride anymore then around Tam Coc I would suggest renting a bike.
When we arrived, the staff moved us to their sister property, which we were apprehensive about at first but on arriving it was even nicer than the original booking we had made. We also loved being a tiny bit further out of town, it was tranquil and still easy to access everything. Both properties are in a great location, quick and easy access to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good - eggs, bread, pancakes, fruit etc. The staff were lovely too and booked our bus to Phong Nha, stored our bags and even drove us to the travel agency to catch the bus after we checked out.
