Zeer matig en zal dit niet meer boeken.
Pros:

Personeel doet hun best, wat je vraagt komen ze ook na.

Cons:

Vieze rokerige kamer was aangeboden, schimmel en uitgeleefde kamer. Erg vies. Volgende ochtend of naar ander hotel of een andere kamer. Dit werd opgelost. Foto’s op de website komen echt niet overheen met de werkelijkheid.

I was satisfied
Pros:

Although it was a late check-in time, they were friendly and helped me check in quickly. The breakfast was clean and good, and the atmosphere was bright and relaxed.
On my last day, I did a body massage and it was so good.

Impressive massage, lovely hotel.
Pros:

It's so amazing that they have opened a spa at the hotel.
Spa looks very cozy with nice smell. I did a body massage and it was really comfortable. Definitely do it again for my next stay!
Breakfast is good, as always.

Defintely come back!
Pros:

Hotel's location is perfect!
Breakfast is delicious!
Room is very clean!
Especially I love hotel staffs. They were always smiley and helpful. They spoke Korean fluently.
I came this hotel few years ago and I feel it is now much nicer and better than it was. The room looks completely fresher.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything is excellent!
