Staff was very friendly, specially Ms. Oeurm and ms. Lyta. Pool area was so nice, they have haapy hours for coctails and beer.
The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Fantastic. The staff are all so amazing - at the reception, in the restaurant, at breakfast, the cleaners, at the pool, in the spa, even the gardener. They’re all so friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. The room was lovely, very good size and so clean. A really lovely balcony which was fairly private as it was surrounded by lovely plants. The pool is amazing - so peaceful and relaxing. They had happy hour on every day for 50% off beer and cocktails which was lovely before heading out for dinner. We would book a tuktuk through Grab to head into town and it was about £1.30 each time, very reasonable. We had breakfast included and it was so generous!! 5 courses?! We loved it so much here we extended our stay for 2 extra nights!! Would 100% recommend. Would love to come back one day!
C’est un hôtel vieillot triste . Niveau 2 ou 3 étoiles . Booking.com devrait revoir ses jugement . C’est scandaleux de lui mettre des notes 9,1 et 9,5 ! Ne mérite même pas la moyenne .

Не понравился кондиционер, который дул на кровать, поэтому ночью им невозможно было пользоваться. В ресторане еда невкусная.
Alles schön und gut, gerne wieder.
La chambre est immense et très confortable. Le jardin est très beau et frais. Le personnel est absolument charmant, merci en particulier à Lyta, Yinh et Chanda. Des tuks tuks sont toujours présents et très gentils.
La terrasse avec la piscine était assez bruyante (bruit de machine).
The staff upon arrival greeted us like VIPs. We reserved the suite with private pool and it was even better than the pictures. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and absolutely decadent. We stayed there a week and it was an oasis to come back after a long hot bike ride and relax in your own space. It is not cheap by Siem Reap standards but not as much as a basic cardboard Holiday Inn room in the US. Definitely recommend!

In the middle of nowhere, if you want to go out at night the streets are dark and isolated and it’s a good few miles into town.
5* is a bit of a stretch. I understand quality in Cambodia is not the same as other more developed countries but I found the facility at a hostel I stayed in siem reap much cleaner and well kept which is a very poor thing to experience.
There was chipped paint work. Holes in the gowns. The outside bath which is showed in the picture was also a big letdown.
Also ordered dinner in the restaurant as not much choice elsewhere other than other hotels. 6 people in the restaurant and took 45 minutes for food.
after travelling and staying in hostels for 2 months me and my girlfriend splashed out on some luxury and it was such a lovely hotel the beds was super comfy, rooms have netflix & we had a outdoor stone bath which was amazing
