Bra lägenhet med allt man behöver. Netflix ett stor plus!
部屋の環境はとても快適でした。テレビもyoutubeチャンネルが見られて、日本語放送も楽しめました。また、ベランダに洗濯機（乾燥機能付き）があり、助かりました。ただ、乾燥にとても時間がかかり、結局部屋干しにした方が早かったです。
トイレットペーパーとボックスティッシュがすぐに足りなくなったため、チェックイン時に教えられたホテルのLINEアカウントに何度もメッセージや電話をしましたが、まったく応答がありませんでした。仕方なく玄関のコンシェルジュカウンターに行ったのですが、事情を伝えても「自分はセキュリティガードなので対応できない」と言われました。何のためのコンシェルジュカウンターなのか？カウンターの表示に偽りありです。結局、予約したホテルサイト経由でメールしたところ、数十分後にスタッフ（チェックイン時に部屋の説明をしてくれた担当スタッフとは別の人。この人はフレンドリーで良い人でした）が来て対応してくれましたが、とにかくホテルの対応が全体的に不親切です。緊急時の連絡先をちゃんと最初に教えてほしかったです（LINEはまったく機能してません）。

I love the design of the room. Its so modern and comfy, feels like an ideal home and it really inspire me to have a dream home like this. The host is super attentive, although the internet was a little hiccup here but she assist to fix it quickly. Great location as LRT Bangsar just 3 min walk through the covered link bridge.The only thing i would not satisfy was the security counter at entrance. You have to pay RM50 deposit for the access card to enter into lobby, then the host will pass you another card to access to your unit, its quite a hassle for using many cards to access it.
Nice service apartment, with comfort bed and clean room. The host was nice and helpful with fast response. They not serve buffet in breakfast , but have few types of set dish with beverage can choose, the "Big Breakfast" was delicious!!
We only stay here for one night , the location can't be beat! Nice room with clean and comfort bed, TV with Netflix, definitely will return on our next visit.
Great location, building linked with Lrt Station ,just one station away from KL sentral, convenience to airport with KL Express. Overall highly recommend for solo traveller or business trip.

1st room, Toilet dirty, got cockroaches, smelly, plug cannot charge
2nd room, after complained to them, they decided changed to new room, After look around oven inside still got KFC
가격에 비해 시설관리가 미흡함..세면대에 하부에 물이 새어나와 사용도 못하고 어른 엄지손가락 크기 바퀴벌레가 다니고..(근처 마트에서 바퀴살충제 사서 기부함),세탁기는 언제 사용한건지 더러움에 극치.. 숙박 보증금은 말하지 않음 쌩까고...진정 후회된 선택...
バンサー駅にほぼ直結で便利。朝食付きプランでしたが5種類からチョイスのみなので長期滞在だと物足りないかも。部屋は充分な広さがあります。ただ、あんなに収納棚は必要ないとは思う。

its a loft with 2 queen bed, one room can stay up to 4 person, good view and good price
Big living space is good. Nearby amenities for food and daily use items is very limited. Room not ready when arrive after the required checked in time. Poor communication and seems under staffs
spacious and cozy, seems like some locals do live here, very little tourist. travelling around is easy with grab. quite near to Midvalley
Booked this for company trip and the staff thoroughly enjoyed the space, very spacious and clean and good service.
Nice stay. Overall is good . I rebook the hotel again .

breakfast place only starts 8:30am, no toothbrush,
and toiletries quality was not good
