Great staff and location, small room.
Pros:

The overall service and experience is nice, but there are some room for improvement.
Pros:

The room is tidy and decently cleaned. And the staff are all really nice and helpful.

Cons:

1. The size of the room is smaller than the picture posted on the site
2. The cover of the quilt is broken revealing its interior, which has some hair inside.
3. The floor of the washroom feels a bit hollow when walked on.

Very tiny room. Nice location
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff even that they don’t know a word in English

Cons:

The room was very small for 1 person let alone that we were a couple. The room does now suit a couple with suitcases.

Pros:

Comfortable, great location between all the restaurants and heart of town.

Standard Japanese hotel that's on the smaller side but it could fit the bags of 2 persons.

Toilet was nice sized too and clean.

Cons:

It's a bit of a drag to carry heavy luggage from the near train station, but all is good once you've checked in.

飯店的位置非常方便，走路可以到熱鬧的逛街區，到運河城也非常方便，樓下就有7-11，附近也有開到比較晚的店家及藥妝店，店員的服務很好很輕切
Pros:

櫃檯人員服務很好，有問題詢問也有會說中文的服務人員，離開飯店時也能請櫃檯人員幫忙叫計程車

Cons:

之前住過一次覺得很棒，這次是第二次去住但非常失望，第一天ㄧ進房間發現床頭有像飯粒的東西，感覺像沒打掃乾淨，入住第二天發現棉被上有黃色污漬（污漬在棉被上，被套沒有），雖然告知櫃檯人員當天有馬上清掃，但晚上回去飯店後還是發現棉被上有髒污，隔音效果不好，晚上休息時樓上非常吵雜，ㄧ直有敲地板或是有人走來走去的聲音讓人難以入睡，第二次入住感覺非常失望，清潔需要再加強。
