The person at the front was very friendly. The could be a little more cleaner. And, the sink faucet was not fastened properly and shaking. The floor could be cleaner.

We had a great overnight stay. The staff were very helpful. A very local location with lots of local food options. Very convenient for the airport, just 15 mins drive.

Convenient for airport layover stay, with many food and shopping options in the area-- which is good, as the hotel's advertised 'rooftop cafe' seemingly doesn't exist anymore, and the room had no refrigerator... But the room did have a comfortable bed/pillow and clean, fluffy towels. And the very high-quality toilet tissue was a notably nice surprise! Free water dispenser was available in lobby, as well

The hotel is not new. So, don’t think it’s in good condition. Air-con , water heater , TV working good.( TV can get local channel only, don’t expect too much. ) the front counter Savi, a friendly Indian , who can speak English and good Mandarin. Make me feel great. You can find Burger King and McDonald’s nearby, also nice local food. 15 mins walk , can find a small shopping mall, Kip Mall. If you want to find the Chinese food. Call Grab to the Xiamen University not far from the hotel.

Fine for a layover
Pros:

I stayed here because I forgot that the KL airport is quite a distance from downtown. This was 15-20 minutes driving from the airport and in a buzzing neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants. It was safe and I slept fine. It’s no luxury hotel but it did the job for my layover.
