The stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

An excellent hotel in a perfect location. Everything was exceptionally clean, the rooms were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The price was more than reasonable for such a high standard of service and comfort. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Ottima scelta! Abbiamo scelto una camera al primo piano. La camera era pulita, letto comodo. Abbiamo chiesto un doppio cuscino e siamo stati accontentati. Teli mare con cambio ogni 3 giorni e ciabattine infradito forniti dalla struttura.
Parcheggio in sede è’molto utile.
La colazione al mattino è molto varia e di qualità.
Tutto il personale è disponibile e sorridente.

La cena al ristorante ricercata e sempre squisita

Saldo del prezzo al check in, cambio teli mare al terzo giorno di permanenza , tubo che perdeva in corridoio non riparato in sei giorni , personale non cordiale

Le camere sono loculi di dimensioni minuscole, la struttura è abbastanza vecchia e trasandata, con materiali e finiture che denotano una manutenzione ripetuta. Il menù della cena non è di livello. È più adatto ad un hotel due stelle. La colazione è ordinaria.

Das Hotel ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert, der Ort sehr wohl.
Pros:

Sauber und freundliches Reinigungspersonal, der Ort selbst ist wirklich nett.

Cons:

Völlig überteuert. Kein Pool, keine Strandbetreuung, keine Terrasse, liebloses Frühstück und Restaurant und uninteressiertes Personal (Reinigung ausdrücklich ausgenommen)

Great spot in Elba, would stay again.
Pros:

The location in the staff were wonderful!
They helped us schedule boat tours, the bartender Christian and his wife are probably some of the best in the service industry.

Cons:

When we arrived, our room was being painted not their fault. Love that they’re updating all of their rooms. We were removed into a room that was on the bottom floor and smelled super musty. It was a family room, at the outdoor level, they did move us to a lovely room, but had a fishy smell- could be it is in the sea, do thats part of the deal. I had to learn how to use the air conditioner was a challenge, but I run warm, they control it at the front desk, but once you ask for help it was perfect.
