Skvělá obsluha u snídaně i v restauraci. Chutné jídlo a perfektní polštáře v posteli :)
Pros:

Snídaně byla vynikající, skvělý a široký výběr. Jídlo v restauraci bylo velmi chutné a rád bych pochválil obsluhu. Slečna byla velmi milá a profesionální, moc hezký lidský přístup. Hodnotím ji skvěle.
Překvapila mě kvalita polštářů. Tak akorát velikost, dost často bývají vysoké a neforemně tvrdé, zde byly jedny z nejlepších, co jsem zažil :) snad i nejlepší!

hotel čistý, príjemný personál, večera v reštaurácii bol pre nás gastronomicky zážitok, naozaj výborne jedlo. tým že sme boli s 2 malými deťmi sme bli vďační za kútik (ktorý sa volá kinosála tak sme ho našli len náhodne) , raňajky OK, kúpanie OK

Cons:

okolie hotela mohlo byť viac prispôsobené pre deti. V celom areáli a okoli 1-2km sme nenašli žiadne detské ihrisko, ani nic podobné.

Recepčná ktorá nám poradila vo všetkom, ubytovanie bolo súper a obsluhujúci personál ústretový a usmiaty ☺️👍👍👍

Pros:

Dobrá dostupnosť do Thermalparku (len pár metrov chôdzou z hotela), na izbe dostanete tašku s uterákom a županom, ktoré môžete využívať aj v Thermalparku, čistota.

Cons:

V cene sme mali len raňajky, ktoré boli formou švédskych stolov, bohaté, výborné, avšak z dôvodu hromadnej akcie sme mali problém s obedom a večerou (výber z jedného jedla bez rôznych iných možností).
