El cuarto cómodo, linda vista. La ubicación del hotel está muy buena. A metros de la playa .El personal de desayunos, muy buenos, buena disposición.

- Café da manhã: pouca variedade de itens, reposição demorada, demora em limpar as mesas, salão pequeno e muito cheio, faltava mesa para se sentar, não havia suco de laranja todos os dias. Comida ok…
- Banheiro - primeiro ficamos em um quarto adaptado pra cadeirante que não tinha blindex de vidro, molhava o banheiro todo quando tomava banho. Depois nos mudaram pra outro quarto, o banheiro tinha blindex de vidro porém havia uma fresta por onde vazava bastante agua e molhava o banheiro do mesmo jeito, e a descarga ficava vazando e fazendo barulho a noite toda.
Quando pedimos pra trocar de quarto (estavamos no quarto adaptado pra cadeirante), informaram que não havia quarto disponivel para troca, tivemos que esperar o dia seguinte pra trocar.
- Garagem pequena e ruim de manobrar carro grande, poucas vagas.
- Ficamos 5 dias no hotel, 4 desses dias a piscina estava fechada para uso.

Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, tanto para lazer como para estadia a trabalho. O quarto é muito confortável, sempre muito bem limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã é farto, o serviço de restaurante também tem boas opções para quem não quer sair do hotel para comer. Os funcionários são todos muito solícitos e educados. Espero voltar a Maceió mais vezes e ficar nesse hotel.
