In each room there is a propaganda 'chocolate box "---my son room had already a 'broken box of chocolate ' at their check in--then when we checked -out--The staff asked us to 'pay 'for the chocolate box ---which it was a kind of unfair
since we didnot have the intention to purchase it-
The place is clean, spacious with almost everything you need. They don’t have irons so bring a travel one with you. The area around the hotel is very safe. What I like the most were the people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you speak Spanish, you can have a lot of fun. When I go back, I have to stay at least two weeks. I forgot, if you prefer high class hotels, this hotel is not for you. This is not a tourist area.
Nothing is lack of maintenance
Never again, they publish a price and then change it arbitrarily . If you check the cost in booking on the same day of arrival , it cost you only 30% It is a gotcha
Very functional rooms, I tried both Studio and Suite, and love especially the area -- Devoto is really great to explore by foot, beautiful neighbourhood. Supermarkets close (nearest is 30 meters); other shopping also close, restaurants nearby; chocolate factory medium walk to Devoto central square. GOOD CONNECTION TO AIRPORT

Very helpful staff when resolving a taxi payment problem. Taxis in Buenos Aires unfortunately do not take payment cards. Cash is the only available payment method.
