The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty even though it was entirely vegetarian. The restaurant was very busy for breakfast on some days and staff did seem stretched. However the service was always polite and friendly.

- Being asked to provide multiple feedbacks at the time of check out. A email requesting a single feedback would have been more appropriate.

Many rooms located around inside courtyard lead to a lot of noise. Very high music as of 7 a.m very morning.
The food was okay
The staff in the bar and restaurants needs to know what is being served. The staff doesn’t know how to communicate with guests. The front office and F&B staff do not coordinate. The duty manager, front office manager and general manager are unhelpful and either do no know how to take feedback or do not show up for it.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at Radisson Jodhpur
Our stay at Radisson Jodhpur yesterday was shockingly bad and completely below the standards expected from an international hotel brand.
We had explicitly requested a non smoking room, yet were allotted a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was overwhelming and clearly not a minor issue. When we immediately raised this with the hotel staff and requested a room change, we were told that no alternate room was available.
What followed was even more appalling. When we escalated the matter to the duty manager, Vikram, instead of showing empathy or attempting to resolve the issue, he bluntly told us that we could leave the hotel and find another one if the smoke was a problem. This was at 9.30 pm, after check-in. Telling guests to step out and find another hotel late at night because the hotel failed to honor a basic request is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Any half-decent hotel should keep a spare room or have a contingency plan for such situations. What made matters worse was the complete lack of apology or accountability from the staff. At no point did anyone acknowledge the inconvenience caused to us.
To add to the frustration, as a form of compensation, we were promised a complimentary airport drop. However, the next morning, we were charged for the same. This kind of false assurance is extremely irritating. If the hotel cannot honor what it promises, it should not offer it in the first place.
Overall, this experience showed poor service recovery, indifferent staff behavior, and a complete disregard for guest comfort. This was nowhere close to what one expects from a Radisson property. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this hotel.
