Pros:

Amazing facilities and great breakfast. Live station with pancakes, dosa, waffles. Staff was exceptionally helpful and the travel desk too! The pool area is very beautiful and so is the whole hotel in general.

Cons:

Could have been more sunbeds in the pool area.

It was horrible.

The check-in staff was deplorable. We had requested twin bed s for triple occupancy and verified that they will be able to accommodate 3 adults via a phone call because messages through booking.com resulted in ineffective auto reply. Instead, we were given a king bedroom and a roller bed after waiting for 2 hours. The roller bed was broken ( apparently was missing a wheel and an additional stiffner bolt) ) when we tried to use it, my dad fell in the ground.. we had to ask for another roller bed. After all this the duty manager kept saying that the size of the room will not change when the size of the room was not the issue.
If the hotel staff during our booking inquiry would have communicate the specifics of triple occupancy, we would have sought another hotel or required a second room. Additionally the delay in getting the bed was simply unacceptable- I had to go back down twice after check in and finally ask for the manger to even get the roll away bed
Worst experience and value for money.. Will not be recommending this to any of our associates.:

Comfortable hotel but overall disappointing
Pros:

The welcome, room comfort, cleaning, facilities and general aspect were largely as expected for this category of hotel and similar Radisson Hotels we have stayed at in Stockholm and Shanghai. Staff are attentive and eager to please.

Cons:

Certain aspects of this hotel were not in keeping with category. We can mention:
No map of Jodhpur available at reception
Poor immediate location near a busy road.
We were proudly told it was only vegetarian - many travellers are not vegetarian
No available printed menu and no guide to the hotel or its facilities, opening times etc provided (some hotels provide a welcome letter with essential information).
Only expensive international beers available.
Pool changing facilities were not up to standard especially given the notice explained the procedure for lockers which had obviously lapsed.
No pleasant outside areas for sitting. Outside the bar was the only place available and no effort had been made to put plants and make it convivial and attractive. In short a disappointment and a missed opportunity. The hotel does not live up to its potential.

Pros:

L’architecture de type palais moghol.

Cons:

Les installations vieillissantes. La suite avec 2/3 d’espace vide. La lumière des spots forte dans les yeux. La Clim bruyante. La restauration 100% veg dans une chaîne internationale. Le prix, autour de 215 € par nuit, élevé. Et le un seul transat pour toute la piscine.
