They don’t follow standard SOPs expected from a star hotel
Pros:

There was no hot water in th bathroom & this happened despite giving complaint to the reception the previous night but they didn’t take any action till I scolded them the next morning & finally had to take bath with lukewarm water that too they asked to use another bathroom in different room

Cons:

Staff should be more responsive to complaints though they are courteous but not responsive enough
