L'entrée était magnifiquement décorée pour Noël, sobre et élégante avec une délicieuse odeur qui flotte dans l'air.
Une dame très gentille nous a accueilli à notre arrivée.
La chambre est tellement belle et chaque détail est pensé pour la décoration, il y a de quoi prendre le café/thé, boisson de bienvenue, nous avons eu un petit mot personnalisé.
Les enfants étaient ravis de dormir dans leur espace qui était très bien sécurisé.
La chambre était très bien chauffée nous avons même éteint un chauffage pour la nuit.
Nous nous sommes garés le long du canal juste en face de l'hôtel.
Dans le quartier historique de Rotterdam et proche des transports pour aller dans le centre ville.

Le dernier escalier un peu étroit avec de grosses valises

Hotel hat eine schöne, zentrale Lage, Ausblick von meinem Zimmer sehr nett (auf den Kanal), geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, charmantes Haus

Cons:

Es war im Zimmer (trotz Thermostat) und insb. im Frühstücksraum kalt, Duschwasser rinnt ins Bad, kein Licht beim Tisch (zum Arbeiten) und kein Licht bei der Couch (zum Lesen)

Een heerlijk verblijf op een sfeervolle plek met comfortabele kamers en zeer gastvrij
Pros:

De ruimte en comfort van de kamer en duidelijke, vriendelijke uitleg van mevrouw van de receptie en een fantastische ligging. We hebben geen ontbijt gehad, maar dat zal ook vast goed zijn.

Cons:

Koffiezetapparaat, het liefst cupjes ipv filter voor 't gemak.

Ich kam einmal nachts nicht in mein Zimmer. Es dauerte ca45 Minuten, bis jemand mir sagen konnte, wie ich Zugang bekommen konnte.
