Für kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, mit Hund nicht länger als 2 Nächte - zu heiss.
Pros:

Dıe Lage ist top, in der Altstadt und mit dem Bus erreichbar. Viele Restaurants rundherum. Das Personal ist freundlich und Check-in sowie Check-out ist unkompliziert.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war ausserhalb des eigentlichen Hotels, in einem Zimmer in einem Wohnhaus direkt nebenan. Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Lüftung und lag weit oben, wodurch es sich durch die Sonne extrem aufheizte und praktisch zu einer Sauna wurde. Es gab lediglich einen kleinen, wenig leistungsfähigen Ventilator. Auch das Bad hatte weder eine Lüftung noch ein Fenster.

Für uns wäre die Hitze noch einigermassen auszuhalten gewesen, allerdings hat unser Hund während der zwei Tage deutlich unter den hohen Temperaturen gelitten. Gerade wenn Hunde ausdrücklich erlaubt sind, hätten wir hier eine bessere Lösung erwartet.

Auch sonst gab es für Hunde keinerlei Ausstattung, weder eine Decke, einen eigenen Liegeplatz, einen Napf noch etwas Vergleichbares. Das kennen wir von anderen hundefreundlichen Unterkünften anders. Immerhin gab es ein Sofa im Zimmer, auf dem unser Hund liegen konnte.

Insgesamt war die Situation für uns deshalb vor allem wegen der Hitze und der fehlenden Ausstattung für Hunde enttäuschend.

La atención del personal y el desayuno variado.

Cons:

Tenía dos habitaciones y en ambas había un ventilador muy chiquito que no refrescaba el ambiente como para descansar bien.
No se puede llegar en auto hasta el hotel y el parking es de pago a unas cuadras del hotel.

It might have been a better experience if it was not a hot summer.
Pros:

Centrally located on a pedestrian street.

Cons:

Room doesn’t really look like the picture, facilities are quite outdated. On a hot summer night, it was hard to fall asleep with only one tiny fan in the room. We had to leave all the windows open at night and then constantly woken up by people passing by in the street.

Einziges Hotel mit Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Piazza Grande
Pros:

Top Lage für Festivalbesucher, super Sicht von der grossen Dachterrasse auf die Piazza Grande. Optimal für ÖV Anreiser ohne Auto. Ohropax obligatorisch. Wir waren auf der Durchreise mit dem Auto, für uns hätte es bessere Alternativen gegeben.

Das Haupt des Bruder Klaus ruhte auf einem Stein. Das Unsere auch, die Kissen waren wirklich sehr hart
