Lovely holiday
Pros:

Looking at older reviews we were apprehensive but on arrival we were looked after really well. We were given a room with a spiral staircase but with my husband being on crutches we asked for an alternative room. The receptionist found us another room which was spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Everywhere was spotless and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Me gustó muchísimo el apartamento en sí, lo espacioso que era y que estaba muy equipado y cómodo tenía todo lo que necesitábamos.

Cons:

El personal muy borde, también muy pocos empaticos. Llamamos para quedarnos un día más por la noche y nos dijeron que sí que llamáramos por la mañana para reservar y cuando lo hicimos nos dijeron que eso no era así y que no se podía y nos dejaron botados por así decirlo. La verdad que muy pésimo los trabajadores y el buffet asqueroso llena de moscas verdes.

Fantastic family holiday
Pros:

Everything. The apartment was spacious, everywhere was clean, pools were such fun & the entertainment kept the kids more than happy day & night.

Cons:

Nothing, we’d happily return and have already told family and friends about it.

Experiencia más que recomendable
Pros:

La verdad que no imaginé que estaría tan bien, las habitaciones son una maravilla, espaciosas, limpias, con camadas cómodas. El desayuno super variado y bastante bueno todo y el personal super amable en todas las zonas. El mini super está genial y nada caro para estar dentro del alojamiento. Para la próxima visita no buscaré otras opciones

Cons:

Como sugerencia quizás ampliar un poco el horario de desayuno por si algún día, sobre todos nosotros los españoles queremos alargar el sueño mañanero 😅

Diversion en familia
Pros:

Dar las gracias a Naiara de la recepción por la bienvenida asi da gusto empezar unos días de relax,la animación es excelente y super divertida sobre todo para niños. Mencionar también al socorrista de ojos azules ( no se su nombre), super amable y atento. Destaco la amabilidad del personal y la comodidad del complejo.
