Hotel Hocine

Vraimrnt dommage. Cette hotel ne merite pas 4*. De mon arrivée jusqua mon depart que des problèmes. La tele qui ne fonctionne pas alors que je l'ai signale a la fille de la réception mais qui a préféré samuser avec sa collegue. Baignoire casse. Le checkout imoissible au staff complet de retrouver mon paiement expedia ils voulais presque me faire paye 2fois que jai bien sur refuser. Mon paiement retrouve au bout de 20 mn, aucunes excuses du staff. Navette aeroport inexistante au retour visiblement pas de chauffeur jai du appele moi meme un taxi la réception la fille ne me propose meme pas ce services. pas le temps les filles préféraient discuter. En conclusion le plus effarent. De mon arrivee ai depart personne ne ma dit bonjour, merci, au revoir, oubien desole. Seule la jeune fille au petit dejeuner etait tres souriante. JE NE REVIENDRAIS PLUS. Je me permettrais de publier les photos que jai prises.

Comme souvent en Algerie. L hôtel dit ne pas travailler avec votre site et ne reconnait pas la réservation. Cest un scandale. De plus l hôtel Hocine ne veut que du liquide et refuse lees CB.

I warmly recomend this hotel as it has great location, wonderful and professional stuff, welcoming host and highly professional owner and manager! The rooms and the corridors are clean and vast! The pool is great! The food is tasty and they offer great variety every time and will surprise you! This is the place to be when staying in Constantine!

I've been there for 5 days, my first impression was about the rooms, they were clean, cozy, and very large. The room service also was good. However, I can't give more than 3 stars. First, because of the reception staff, they didn't stop calling my room, asking for anything at anytime, even to say "you should leave today, oops, we just checked that it's not today, sorry". Second, I find it annoying to forbid bringing food from outside, especially when the hotel doesn't offer many choices. One last thing, most of the panels and notices are in french!!

The title says it all. This brand new hotel is an example of the best offer for the price you pay. I had a huge room (607) very clean and well equiped. The food is more than excellent. I recommend this hotel without reserve and it will be my address in Constantine from now on.
فندق راقي جدا. الغرف واسعة و نظيفة. الموظفون عندهم درجة كبيرة من الحرفية. المرافق مناسبة جدا لقضاء عطلة مريحة. و الفندق قريب من مراكز تسوق و مطاعم متنوعة و راقية. انصح بهذا الفندق و سيظل عنواني كلما زرت قسنطينة.

I really enjoyed my stay there: very large rooms in comparison to European hotels, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and a wellness centre. No service in the wellness but the staff told me they are working on it and reduced the price accordingly. You can notice the hotel is family owned, since the owner and his son are always present and looking to serve the customers. I had the chance to see the banqueting and conference rooms, they are very well equipped! This hotel is a reference in the area, as the rates are very affordable for a 4 starred hotel. Well done!

Two years ago the hotel was very well organized and the overall service was good, good enough for me to be happy with my several stays in here. I come to this hotel every week or at least two or three weeks of a month as i travel to Eastern Algeria for Work.

When it come to rooms, it was among the best you cab find in the city but unfortunately, since mid-2015 the hotel has started to loose what makes it among the best: Quality Service. Nobody answers on phone for booking. Even when someone do answer, your booking is not guaranteed as it happened several times to me where the receptionist confirms my booking at 1pm for exemple and at 5pm the booking is missing. So when you book, never be sure that you'll find a room at your arrival. Therefore, the night shift is very well covered thanks to the professional receptionsits who do work by night. What makes me really upest also is the buffet, was it for breakfast or dinner, the buffet used to be rich of meals and with a very large choice of meat, chicken or even salades. Nowadays all this have to be forgotteb because you'll have to choose from two or three salades and between meat and chicken. Finally when it comes to desserts. You'll have an Orange, bananas and some simple cakes. The rooms are just Ok. Oh i forget to talk about the SPA, what a shame i do prefere to not to talk about... forget about it is better.....

In our opinion this is one of the best hotels we stayed in. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and very well insulated. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The hotel food was excellent and there was plenty of choice and a great variety of different flavours. We really enjoyed the out door pool and found it very relaxing. We would recommend Hotel Hocine to anybody visiting Constantine and we would definitely go back.

We stayed only one night however you can tell from the beginning the service is very good and breakfast table is complete, the hotel is far a bit from Constantine, when I visited the city afterwards I wished I have reserved at Ibis hotel instead only because of its location otherwise Hocine hotel seems to be better competitor despite the lack of online booking.

Djahid, who was at the reception was a very helpful guy. Spoke fluent English and French which is hard to find in Constantine. Am very happy to have come across this amazing person who made my stay even more interesting as he was always here to help.
Food was also delicious and all the other service was perfect
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was really amazed by the hotel , in every single bit , the staff is friendly and helpful , the rooms are wide and very clean , neat that is to say , internet connection available , food is a good buffet with large choice , a walking distance to shops in the new city .
The hotel has 2 swimming pools an outdoor and indoor one , it's a real good value for money.
Would definitely stop there again

I spent a couple nights here during a business trip. The location and area around the hotel have nothing attractive, the hotel itself looks quite basic in its style and design. Apparently the hotel was built recently, however quality of the finish is questionable.
Reception personnel is kind although not always professional, just few people could understand and speak English.
Rooms however are spacious and confortable, king-size bed, extremely clean, big TV screen, separate large bath-room and toilet; wi-fi connection however was slow and not always working.
Food proposed was quite good (I had dinner once à la carte, also a buffet is available).
There is a sport room but it was open only on demand.
