I didn't have breakfast, so can't speak to that.
I've been a housekeeper at hotels, so I'm always checking how clean things are. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. Not every place can pull off crisp white linens! Coffee shop and restaurants across the parking lot, so the location was great!

Why in the world doesn't each room have a microwave? Unacceptable! Also, signs and mirrors were down. Carpet coming up in areas. Stairs were filthy. Kind of disappointed for the price

Cleaned once in three days. Apparently that's the policy - though this was not communicated on check in. Seems like minimal cost is cut at the expense of pretty poor overall experience.

Pros:

Stayed for 9 days and housekeeping only brought fresh towels only once. Had to ask desk towels. Trash in room not emptied, ran out of Kleenex. Sign in bathroom talked about conserving and only changing towels if we piled on floor in bathroom, pile got bigger.
Dog on our floor barked for an hour one afternoon, people should not leave pets unattended.
