Will not stay there again.

Cons:

Pillows were flat, the room I reserved does not exist. Pictures are wrong, they do not have suites that are handicap accessible. Bacon was shaved and mostly fat, sausage had an off taste to it.

Great hotel
Pros:

Location was in a nice spot, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. A few miles away from the Coronado mall. Next to a bike/running trail. Breakfast was good.

The kindest person n the reception we met in the USA
Pros:

Kyewi was the kindest lady to welcome us after a tiring driving day. She provided a warm welcome service and for sure she is a star between the members of the team. Room was good enough and clean.

Good choice for those seeking a quiet, modern property that is centrally located in Albuquerque. Staff was very accommod
Pros:

Good central location to access Albuquerque attractions. Close to freeway but isolated from the traffic noise. A hosts of adjacent restaurants offer good food choices.

Cons:

Might be time to consider flipping the mattresses or better yet replacing the beds. Not the most comfortable. Parking might be challenging if restaurants are full.

Pros:

Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Excellent place to stay if going to the balloon festival as it isn’t to far away and you can see the balloons in the distance. In a great location for multiple dinner options.

Helpful staff and GREAT location
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating to our family’s needs. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and a movie theater. Indoor pool entertained kiddos. Many options at the continental breakfast as we watched the hot air balloons in the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Night manager felt it more important to train his new hiree than get me checked in. I arrived late in the evening and he slow rolled my check in.

I only stayed there during late evening hrs and didn't use any of the other amenities but the room was clean quiet and comfortable. Temp control was very easy to use.
