Room size and cleanliness.

Cons:

Missing dishware. Should have had 4 of everything according to mgmt. Instead we had 2 plates, 1 wine glass, 3coffee cups, 2 bowls....Etc. Additionally the coffee provided in the rooms is TERRIBLE.
