When we checked in, we observed a line of people asking for linens. When we got to our room, we noticed there were no linens for the sofa. I called down and was immediately asked to hold. After 5 minutes of holding, we hung up and just went down to get the linens ourselves, but they told us they had no more pillows. Also, there was some staining on the wall and down to the floor next to the toilet that appeared to be older human waste. Additionally, the room was not cleaned after our first night.

All good. More caffeine coffee packets in rooms..4 caffeinated coffees and only 1 caffeine-free packet..more creamers, flavored creamers like hazelnut, vanilla at least 4 each night.

AMAZING Stay
Pros:

From the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were AMAZING, very big, lots of space and the beds were WONDERFUL.

The breakfast was so good with so many choices.

Convenient around so many things and all at a great price.

Pros:

Kitchen, living room and bedroom were surprisingly spacious, tidy and clean. I really appreciated that the mattress and bedding were plush and very comfortable, everything seemed new. The bathroom and walk-in shower were very roomy, clean, and had good water pressure. Hotel was in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again when I visit my kid at Purdue.

Bathroom door didn’t close, bathroom sink and tub was not draining properly. Also, came back and told that the room was having a major planning issue and the only thing they agreed to do is let us check out and go somewhere else. It was a horrible stay.
