Pros:

Location. Close to Southbank.

Cons:

The spa water heater wasn't working, pizza oven wasn't working. Gym equipment looked unclean. We were disappointed to have to pay $25 a night extra for car park.

Good base for Brisbane and useful to get the washing done but not worth the money.

Location was great. Space was good.

Cons:

We checked in early evening and it was obvious the staff had had a long day. We stayed in a three bed with everything we needed, however felt tired and unloved. Needs a repaint and refresh of the carpets, sofas etc. balcony furniture was dirty.
