Handy location but the standard of the apartment was not the standard expected in an inner city location.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The interior of the apartment appeared run down. The TV unit showed signs of water damage, the lounge cushions had lost their shape, the glass sliding door was difficult to move and the occasional cushions were dirty. Also the step down from the bathroom was a tripping hazard and my partner injured his toe.

Bathroom was pretty clean and the bed linen was clean too.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell when you entered. The bathroom and bed were clean so that was good, there was no lamp available in the living room so you either had to turn on the big light or no light at all. Paying $25 per night to use the apartments parking space was a bit much. There was public parking down the road that was $15 for the night. I would not stay here again. Then a $200 deposit had to be paid with the cost of the room??? Not even 5 star hotels ask for a deposit. They said it takes about 10 days to get it back

Awesome as always!
Pros:

My second time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints it’s in the perfect location in the Southbank area🥰central to EVERYTHING,highly recommend!

Cons:

Room smelt a little weird when we checked into it😅but I do think it was just different smelling cleaning products just hit us as we walked through the door but nothing that reckons cant fix lol

Bathroom had quite a bit of mould
Room smelt bad like smelly drain
Spoke to reception ladies boyfriend who came to seperate the queeen bed into single beds about the smell he saud he couldnt smell anything . On reviews Ive noticed other

Great business apartment
Pros:

Amazing views from this stunning apartment. However it does get hot during the day because there are so many windows. Great location, walking distance into town and the convention centre, lots of shop around the corner
Pool and gym were great, plus the terrace area was super cool and we had a business meeting there around the teppanyaki table.

Pros:

easy access to railway station and to southbank and the ferry.

Cons:

Room was a little tired and old. Bathrooms could do with an update. Construction at the back of the hotel in the next block was annoying but that is out of your control.
