The owner or manager cancelled the booking due to a “drainage problem in the room”. Looking through reviews this appears to be a common problem at the hotel.
May be get your drains fixed!!!!!
They don’t take into account the amount of time wasted looking through this dreadful app and trying to figure out honesty ftom receipt in the descriptions.
The owner/ manager took me to get “other” hotel which was on a busy road, under renovation. I stayed because after a long bus journey couldn’t be bothered walking around Nha Trang looking for somewhere else
Showing up to no room
La receptionist è una delle persone più simpatiche che abbia conosciuto finora in Vietnam! Abbiamo avuto poche occasioni per parlare in quanto ho passato soltanto una notte in questo hotel, ma quando si viene accolti con questa gentilezza e col sorriso sai già che andrà più che bene. Si è addirittura scusata perché hanno dovuto cambiare la stanza che avevo prenotato (201, senza finestra) con la 801 (ultimo piano o penultimo, con finestra). Che dire, grazie!
The family running the hotel were very kind, they allowed me to check in at 6am on the day of my booking as I had just arrived from a night bus. I was very grateful for this.
They also arranged for me to stay an extra night at the end of my trip

The facilities of the room seems to be old. They just told me that my room is no longer available due to water leak problem. And I need to move to a room with only half the window and facing a wall (very familiar tones like the hotel I booked at Dalat Nature Hotel), they have to swap me to another hotel called Voilet Hotel in their group (which I found the hot water system does not work and have to swap again to a Hotel called Violet Hotel 2.
The hotel allowed me for early check-in free of charge.
