Please inform Billabong Hotel and Cafe in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

C est la deuxième fois que je viens avec des amies différentes, et excellente accueil,même équipe qui vous reconnaît en plus avec toujours un magnifique sourire.
Très bon restaurant
A votre écoute,qui vous arranges toujours.
La plage juste derrière.
Et rapport qualité prix
Plusque correct pour koh phangan

lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre pour la première fois elle puait le renfermé, ce n’était pas agréable. Ensuite, la femme à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable avec nous le rapport qualité prix est mauvais pour une nuit à 40 €. Nous aurions pu dormir dans beaucoup mieux et je ne parle pas de la piscine placée au bord de la route qui sert à tout, sauf à se détendre

Très cher pour le prix payé! Et les équipements ne sont vraiment pas bien pour le prix.
Pros:

Il est central pour être proche des choses facilement

Cons:

J’ai trouvé la literie de la chambre vraiment pas bonne, lit très dur. La salle de bains laisse à désirer et elle a dégager une très forte odeur durant la nuit.
+ humidité. La clé de la porte d’entrée fonctionnait mal et je ne pouvais quasiment pas fermer à clé de l’intérieur. La climatisation était assez ancienne. Mauvaise insonorisation!

Pros:

Le lit, la chambre bien. Location de scooter à proximité.

Cons:

La piscine le long de la route, à la vue de tous, aucune tranquilité ! La piscine aurait été près des chambres, et il y a la place, ça aurait été très bien !

Pros:

Safe parking for Scooter, not much road noise as accom is down the back

Cons:

TV didn't have a single English speaking Channel, when named Billabong which clearly has an Aussie connection, there isn't a single Aussie link to this hotel.

Logement propre et fonctionnel avec climatisation, bouilloire (café thé sucre) et frigo. Personnel disponible si vous avez besoin. Service de linge et taxi possible voir avec la réception.

Cons:

Un peu compliqué pour avoir des bouteilles d'eau. Il faut demander avant une certaine heure ce n'est pas automatique comme les autres logements en Thaïlande.

Friendly and amazing value!
Pros:

Pool and garden area were lovely. You could always guarantee a delicious meal that was good value, and great for intolerances and allergies.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making sure everything went perfectly. Particularly, this amazing host at the reception who spoke amazing English and was able to give us some great tips and advice.

Cons:

Location is best for people with a scooter, as taxis are expensive. Great location for the full/half moon parties.

Ur uselt "ställe". Tråkig miljö, tråkiga rum, kass dusch, skitigt överallt, rummen låg långt bakom själv mat/lobby/pool området och inte ens uns av anknytning.
