Pros:

Das Zimmer war unglaublich schön. Ich habe noch nie so ein schönes Zimmer gesehen. Wir waren in der Turm Suite. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Hotel liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt um Trier zu erkunden.
Abends waren wir im Wirtshaus essen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Vorher muss im Wirtshaus jedoch reserviert werden. Das Bett war etwas zu hart, aber das hat bei drei nächsten nicht gestört.

Gezellig hotel. Goede ligging.

Cons:

Het zijn nieuwe eigenaars. Zijn niet zo vriendelijk. Ook de kwaliteit is er hier en daar lichtjes op achteruit gegaan.

Genoten van een lang weekend Trier
Pros:

Midden in het centrum, prachtige ruime kamer, we hadden de junior suite. Het ontbijt is heerlijk vers en avondeten ook erg goed. Vriendelijk personeel.

The hotel gives its guests a jar of homemade jam which was confiscated by customs officials! Causing inconvenience to our journey back to London

Excellent hotel and an unforgettable experience.
Pros:

On arrival we were offered a complimentary glass of Sekt. All of the staff we engaged with were friendly, helpful and offered good advice. Our room was superb, more like a suite really, with entrance lobby (containing the wardrobes), a large bedroom with king size bed, two armchairs and desk, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. A complimentary bottle of water was provided daily. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The hotel has a restaurant attached which we ate in on two evenings. The food was very good and heavily meat based. I tried the horse steak and venison goulash both were very good. They also serve three styles of local Trier beer and a selection of Moselle wines. When we left we were offered a complimentary jar of local orange preserve. Location wise the hotel is approximately a 10 minute walk from the main train station. It is located in a quiet street just off of the main pedestrian area. The Haupt-Steipe Markt, the Cathedral and Porta Nigra are all within a 5 minute walk. The Kaiserthermen (Roman Imperial Baths) are a 12 minute walk away. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Trier.

Cons:

If I had to be very, very picky I would say more TV programmes in English. But being honest BBC World was completely sufficient. However, in reality there was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. The hotel is superb.

Leuk verblijf.
Pros:

Mooie kamer, goede ligging en een lekker ontbijt!

Cons:

De kussens waren voor ons niet goed. Het waren net platte zakken…
Voor de rest vonden we de kamer heel mooi en groots, maar misschien toch wat aan de prijzige kant. Verder hebben we wel perfect genoten van een heerlijk verblijf.

Tolle Lage, unglaublich hilfsbereites und nettes Personal, hochwertige saubere Zimmer und das beste Bett seit langem. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🥰 Wir kommen gerne wieder
