Servicen bør forbedres .
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet . Fine turstier rundt hotellet. Flotte salonger og fine rom .

Cons:

Litt upersonlig service og lang ventetid på bestilling og servering. Vanskelig å få konkrete svar fra resepsjonen . Personalet virket usikre .

Würde ich nicht nochmal hin.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Frühstück und Essen abends ebenfalls sehr gut.
Alles sehr sauber und der Garten wirklich toll.
Der junge Kellner im Restaurant war sehr nett.
Fischotter direkt aus dem Zimmer gesehen..

Cons:

Uns wurde am Vortag mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant zuhabe, was nicht der Fall war.
Wir hatten 6 Monate vorher mitgeteilt das wir den Hund mitbringen, erst nach der kostenlosen Storno Frist kam die Info, dass der Hund rund 100€ extra kostet für 3 Nächte. Das finde ich fast schon frech.
Wir standen mehrfach an der Rezeption weil wir Fragen hatten zu der Umgebung, dem Essen und dem Zimmer (wir hatten eine andere Kategorie bekommen als gebucht, schlechter, wegen des Hundes. Ebenfalls kommentarlos). Meistens wurden wir ignoriert.

Sehr idyllisch gelegenes Hotel mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Fjord

Man teilte uns kurzfristig mit,dass das Restaurant geschlossen hat,wir hatten extra einen Tisch reserviert.Nach gut 9 h Anreise mit Vorfreude auf ein schönes Abendessen nicht sehr schön. Sind dann in das nur 6 Autominuten entfernte Straumen gefahren und haben dort im Rodbrygga hervorragend gegessen!

Magnifique endroit. Literie super. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h00. Plus de possibilité de manger. Le ptit déjeuner était très bien. Tres beau parc.

Tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und einem fantastischen Ausblick. Das Restaurant ist erstklassig, aber preislich im höheren Bereich. Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich war 2 Nächte dort und der Unterschied in der Frühstücksauswahl war eklatant. Am 1. Tag sehr eingeschränkt, vermutlich wenige Gäste. Am 2. Tag gab es dort wohl eine Konferenz und damit war die Auswahl deutlich vielfältiger. Das fand ich ein bisschen schade.

Comfortable large bed, good shower, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
The staff were very helpful.
Great breakfast with the opportunity to buy a takeaway lunch (they give you a lunch box to fill up with whatever you want from the breakfast buffet).
Lovely position.

Cons:

We were in room 101, which meant taking two lifts. It's a weird configuration. Maybe ask for a room in the 200's, so at least you will be on the same level as reception.

Frokosten var fantastisk. Beliggenheten er helt utmerket.

Nydelig beliggenhet ved Fjorden. Fint og komfortabelt rom. Smakfulle fellesarealer.

Cons:

Varmmaten ved frokosten kunne vært litt varmere. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet.
