La beauté et le charme des lieux, la propreté, la grandeur du domaine.
La grandeur des chambres.
Le restaurant et surtout le petit-déjeuner, copieux et diversifié.

Cons:

L'accès très limité au spa et aux traitements ; lié à la disponibilité du personnel notamment.
L'endroit est très beau mais aussi très austère ; cela manque de chaleur et d'ambiance (je ne dis pas moins de calme mais qqch de plus chaleureux).

Amazing ! The most beautiful hotel I’ve been to. It is dreamy.
A few items to note that are strange for such an high end hotel: not all rooms have bathrobes? Only the bigger suites, which is a weird thing to do considering the price, and for a Michelin grade hotel too… first time I’ve seen this.
Also, selection of drinks is limited.
Other than that, the service was amazing, the location amazing, loved it.

A very special hotel!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. You can wonder around the kitchen gardens and see the fig trees, pomegranates, tomatoes, apples and melons (my husband may have stolen a few for snacking on!). The rooms are elegant, luxurious and comfortable. The pool is delightful with a pool bar open all day for snacks and drinks. The staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere special and definitely plan on returning in the future.

Cons:

Nobody assisted transferring our luggage to the room but a very large group arrived at the same time as up which may have been distracting.
