Their breakfast and dinner is the best. All coffees are available during breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, wife did not belief me when I told her this is a 2.5star hotel. Breakfast was amazing as well.

What a stunning surprise at this hotel! The outside of the hotel looks a bit "cold" but as you enter, you are welcomed by such friendly staff and exquisite decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is extremely well managed and comfortable and clean throughout. The outside area around the pool is so tranquil. There is not much for the kids to do but we kept them entertained with what the hotel offers and they enjoyed it too. It’s a pity the game drive was fully booked. The quad bikes are extremely expensive so we didn’t utilize this offer and rather exlored the nearby Lion & Nature reserve which was an excellent treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 26°. An absolute feast for the eyes and breather for the soul. Food was excellent. Breakfast buffet a highlight. Food is a bit pricey though.

The service at the restaurant was really slow. I had to wait for an hour and a half to be served.Completely unacceptable!

My review on this property is based on my own personal preference to a cosier, warm and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel is revamped according to a style that is very much post modernistic (to the extreme in my personal opinion). They've managed to bring the coldness of the city into the warmth of the bush. The appreciation for the bush is lost in this building. It is functional and ideal for a conference with an interesting African theme, but it is not enjoyable if you wish to have a romantic break-away. It very much feels like an office building with a construction theme. The food is good and the staff is friendly, which was a plus.

I cannot say enough about this fun and funky, well appointed hotel. The nicest staff - Trudy, Freddy, Fifi, are just a few that stand out but EVERYONE smiled and said hello at every opportunity.The food is excellent and fresh. The CLEAN room was big, had a great view of the hills and pool. The pool is great with the best views and very comfy loungers. The rhinos in the back garden was a nice surprise and on my walk I passed 5 giraffes and several zebras and more. Be ready to be off the beaten track in the hills with a nice MBT trail to follow for a good 2 hour walk. Apparently there are more of the 26 degrees hotels and I can't wait to visit them all! Great work y'all!

Leaking toilet was a problem not fixed after reporting

We enjoyed our stay. May I suggest that they have a mini fridge in the room to keep beverages cold. Place instructions near the expresso machine because we got cold coffee.

We had a great stay at 26 degrees. Excellent service with such friendly staff. Good place to stay to explore Cradle of Humankind and just a short drive from Lanseria airport.

It was refreshing. The place is beautiful.
