Cons:

While the food and staff were commendable, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with a clogged shower drain and a visibly worn wash area. Fixtures appeared outdated, and the seating—particularly the leather chair—showed noticeable wear and tear. Unfortunately, these issues detracted from the value for money! I asked for a room with a city view, but was provided by one without any view at all!

Ottimo in relazione al costo … qualche particolare avrebbe bisogno di sostituzione ( specchio in camera danneggiato e gli scrocchi doccia in po’ lenti come vite la colazione molto limitata ) ma in generale good value for money !

We had a good.

Cons:

Loved my stay at Kaisons Inn in January 2024. Staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and room are nice. Only negative point is being on the 1st floor, unfortunately you hear all the sound from outside even if door is closed early morning.
