Cons:

Not cleaned room with many black hair in the bathroom, very ugly view from the window, not great location if you want to reach the top center through the small stinky and dirty streets and on top not smiling staff. Not good value food the money. Don’t recommend.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff e pulizia della camera. Molto apprezzata anche la comoda modalità di self check-in e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out! Buono anche il prezzo :)

Great location for this lovely property
Pros:

The Attic private balcony, the efficient and friendly staff with the daily message to ask if we wanted the room cleaning. Nice big bathroom and large comfortable bed

Cons:

Only one very minor thing was the kitchenette. Just 1 wine glass (surely an oversight) and no plug for the sink to aid washing up

Un'ottima accoglienza a Siviglia
Pros:

Piacevole permanenza, con staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Struttura curata e pulita dotata di generosi spazi in bagno e camera, comoda per visitare il centro di Siviglia a piedi (fondamentalmente collocata nei pressi della "Setas").
Particolarmente gradita la presenza di una macchina da caffè per espresso in camera con cialde offerte dalla struttura. Sempre incluso nella camera prenotata vi è microonde e bollitore con piatti e posate a disposizione.

Cons:

Migliorerei l'aspirazione in bagno perchè dopo la doccia rimane odore di acqua stagnante. Ma è solo un dettaglio di poco conto, perchè la pulizia in generale è impeccabile.

L emplacement est parfait, à 5mn à pied de las Setas. La déco est très soignée et moderne avec une cuisine dans la chambre.
Les valises peuvent être déposée le jour de l arrivée et du départ.

Staff were very nice

Cons:

The flat was located in the basement and whilst there was a patio (with plastic plants), it was a below ground patio and had walls on all sides so felt claustrophobic. The other flats are above you and you can't have a conversation on the patio without everyone hearing you as it is amplified by the enclosed patio.
Had I known this, I wouldn't have booked it.
The kitchenette is very small and difficult to do any meal prep. No hot plate to make hot food (although there is a sandwich maker oddly).
There was quite a bit of damage to the room, particularly in the shower area.
