serviço em geral. Fomos mal informados dos horarios (recebemos e-mail informando check in 16 hs e check out 14 hs, mas eles praticam entrada 15 hs e saída 12 hs) ou seja, "perdemos 3 horas. Tivemos que solicitar 3 vezes, na recepção, a limpeza do quarto. Escada de acesso ao quarto tem sujeira de muitos dias por falta de limpeza. Refeições de resorts são sempre um espetáculo a parte, nossa expectativa é alta por conta disso, mas no Ody Park decepcionou, comparando com termas de Vere, Maestro em Beltrão, Jurema, etc

Ody park resort com parque aquático incrivel
Pros:

A ala nova do hotel está impecável, tudo novinho e limpo, condições excelentes. Alguns pontos a citar:
- Treinamento dos funcionários, alguns parecem não estar muitos satisfeitos em estar trabalhando lá. Pra quem lida com cliente a simpatia é algo fundamental.
- Refeições: sentimos falta de frutas no almoço e janta e opções diet. Mas ter petit gateau pra mim foi genial e incrível. E o horário das refeições não me agradou muito poderia ter um horário maior começando mais cedo, seja no café que começava às 8h, almoço 12h e janta as 20h. Frisando que a comida estava excelente.
- Recreação: Meus filhos não curtiram muito, mas sem um detalhe específico, talvez um tio que não lhe agradou.
- Parque aquático: fomos em maio, ou seja águas geladas, poderiam melhorar esse ponto, apesar de haver o complexo amazonico que é fantástico, com águas quentes e coberto.
- Shows a noite, pra quem gosta de dormir cedo, pode ser um desafio, pois teve um dia um ônibus com um show infantil que terminou mais de meia noite, e um som bem alto ( poderia ser mais baixo visto que tinha umas 50 pessoas).
- Localização - pra quem vai por conta e está sem carro pode ser um desafio, de Uber de Maringá até Igarassu, pode ser mais complicado, mas pela nossa sorte conseguimos motoristas que aceitaram sem valores extra ( pois um tentou pedir mas falei não e ele desistiu).
