I’m one that usually read reviews- not write them. I’ll change that all for my experience at the Dann Residence. The staff was wonderful top to bottom. Matthias was awesome and the security and housekeeping were the best. I’ll absolutely give the Dann Residence my business in the future.

Such a perfect stay. We came to stay at the dann residence after a terrible experience at another hotel and so we booked here and turned up about 30 minutes later. The 2 guys who were working when we arrived were very welcoming. The room was so comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location of the property could not be better. A short walk from so many places, we enjoyed visiting food garage, vida e caffè, LE petit dejuner, a & c mall and the good Baker all within a 20 min walk. The streets were quiet and we were not disturbed at all. The pool was perfect and the balconies made for the perfect setting for morning coffee.

I've been here 9 days. Roaches in bedroom kitchen bathroom and even in office area. When I paid my bill in full on Monday Nov 8, 2021 a roach came off table until me the woman witnessed that took my money. I killed it. They put something in a drain in a room next to me for mosquito but didn't follow it up with water. I gotten a MAJOR MIGRAINE HEADACHE. The lights when went out in my bedroom. Some fuse blew out it was taken care of but it affected the light bulb in my bathroom. They kept on giving times it would be repaired. It wasn't until the next night that it was repaired because I told them I was going to fall.

Very beautiful place

Proper apartments with kitchen and fridge. Small pool behind the hotel. Good breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, eggs, bread and coffee. Friendly staff and night guard. Rooms and bathrooms are big. It is close to the airport and in the flight path hence planes fly close to the hotel. Be aware of this if it bothers you.

Convenient location with easy access to everywhere you would like to go friendly staff and owners and will be Happy to visit there again anytime I come to Ghana love the pool and it’s a super place

Looked nice on the web site so I gave it a try. The place is slightly off the main road but worth a find. Secure location, close to A&C mall so there are nice restaurants and cold groceries to buy. The pool is very clean and they have a proper pool company to come in and look after it. Good internet and cable TV. Perhaps a Microwave in the kitchen would be a good addition. All you need for a business stay. Good value. Overall, I was pleased.

It was the most expensive, hot hotel room I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Excellent place. Gives the homey feeling. Quiet, very helpful staff, neat rooms etc. overall enjoyed myself.

Location is very good, property in very good condition it just feels like home.

Taxi drivers don't know place, police doesn't even know street (Bill Street), not picking up phone (took 2.5 hours to get there from the airport), no warm water, no soap, water flows into room after showering, no breakfast but this was promised day before

The Dann Residence is indeed a home away from home. The staff are always willing to help. I had a medical emergency while there and they went over and above my expectations. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
