Pros:

Tranquilidad, buenas vistas, estancia perfecta para la familia, buen trato del personal socorrista olvidé su nombre (el de perilla) atento en todo momento super amable,en recepción Daniela y Belén super amables y atentas. Nota global un 9.

Cons:

Por decir algo,muchas escaleras ningún ascensor para acceso entre las diferentes plantas. Te dan la opción de elegir habitación en alguna planta inferior para no tener que subir escaleras pero evidentemente las vistas no son iguales, si hubiese ascensor sería nota de 10.

Walking uphill in the evening is compensated with better value for money
Pros:

Breakfasts are good: plenty of pastry, charcuterie, cheese, vegetables/fruits et al.
Staff is nice and pleasant. There were several issues at the hotel during our stay, but we were promptly assisted. I'd also like to mention friendly atmosphere created by Viktor at the pool.
It was mostly clean for us, although our neighbors saw insects in their room, which led to prompt intervention by the staff.

Cons:

Hotel is located on the hill, so one need to return uphill after visiting the city in the evening (when hotel bus stops operating). This is the feature of the hotel.
Aged equipment in the hotel, there were a few problems with doors and locks.
Rooms are not soundproof, noise on the street is very audible.

Pros:

El personal es una maravilla, sobre todo el socorrista y la chica de recepción llamada Belén. Un lugar bastante acogedor, obviamente ambientado sobre todo en el turismo, pero dada la localización no era una sorpresa.

Cons:

Lo único que en mi opinión falla es que no cuidan la comida, tenía desayuno incluido y apenas pude desayunar nada porque la comida dejaba mucho que desear... Completamente ambientada en la gastronomía de fuera, y encima poco apetecible, además de que habías cosas que no estaban terminadas de cocinar o como poco tacto... Volvería a ir al recinto pero no cogería nada de comida incluida

Bel appartement, spacieux.
Coin cuisine et 3 salles de bains.
Tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Les 2 Salles du bas à rafraîchir
Formule demi pension, boisson non comprise même l eau est à payer (2.8€ le demi litre 😡) : nous allions à la supérette de l hotel et on prenait 1 bouteille de 1,5 L pour 1.2€...

Établissement top je recommande pour vos vacances en famille !! Si vous pouvez prenez demi pension c’est plus qu’utile !

Fajny hotelik, trochę starawy, ale zadbany. Na uwagę zasługuje pan ratownik na basenie, który dwoił się troił, żeby zapewnić cień i żeby nikt nie przemęczał się przesuwaniem leżaka.

Estancia agradable
Pros:

Estancias amplias, con buena distribución. Nos toco un apartamento con dos plantas, en cada una había baño y terraza. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Personal muy atento, resolvieron rápidamente un problema que había en la cisterna del baño. Desayuno variado y bueno. Buena relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Instalaciones poco accesibles por tener muchas escaleras y pocos ascensores. El mobiliario es viejo pero funcional. Los baños se ven un poco descuidados y los utensilios de la cocina eran pocos.

La recepcionista estaba más pendiente de sus uñas que de explicar donde estaba la habitación, el bufé y demás.. éramos 2 adultos y un niño y solo habían 2 toallas la pedimos a recepción y nunca llegaron.. en la aplicación ponía que había secador y no había.. el bufé masificado de gente
