The location was great. Room entry system worked without fail. WF easy to access.
Great bowl of Hershey Kisses!

Cons:

The shower was a little tricky at first. I learned to turn on, and adjust the temperature of the water while standing outside of the shower.

Life is too short and everything is so expensive spend your hard earned money for a better hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was a disappointment, They did not provide butter for bread options only mustard????? They need to provide trays so you can bring your breakfast back to your room.

Cons:

Tried calling front desk, no one answered. The TV in the room did not work, I had to have the front desk come to fix it. The so called couch that made into a bed was extremely uncomfortable. Blank wall over fireplace with holes taped over.

Large comfortable room, easy parking, easy check in process, good breakfast.

Cons:

Keypad door lock stopped working on second night, instead of an actual person at the front desk to assist it was a kiosk with a video call to someone not physically present (this was at 10am during checkout)

Overall our stay was good and we would stay again. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing fancy for the price and the inabil
Pros:

I loved the room. It was spacious with tall ceilings. The breakfast area and lobby are was also cute and parking was free and convenient.

Cons:

The tv would not move past one channel. We had a plan tk watch a movie and could not get the tv remote to work. There was no option to stream.

You get what you pay for , I do not recommend this hotel

Hotel decor theme was cute

Cons:

The location is away from the main part of town. Which is fine. You’re very close to Highway one. And you can drive to pretty much anything in 10 to 15 minutes. But if you’re hoping for something close to the beach or close to town you’ll be disappointed. The first room I was given the closet door came off in my hands. The front door opening into the closet is poorly designed, and I can see this happening in a lot of rooms. The hotel isn’t very old, but their rooms are already used and abused pretty heavily. The second room I was given the shower floor was already scuffed and stained. The toilet seat cover was scuffed very badly as if somebody had stood on it with heavy work boots. The sink was scratched. The general cleanliness of the room was OK. But in the area of the bed, there was evidence of male bodily fluid all over the wall closest to the bed. Which was really gross. The staff in person was friendly enough and helpful. But the challenge is that they’re not always present .and when they’re not present, it is virtual staff by means of a kiosk. Unfortunately, during my stay the city did an emergency shut off of the water at the hotel site. And nobody thought to inform the virtual staff so they could not answer any of my questions about the water being shut off. And then when it was time to check out, there, wasn’t any in person or virtual staff available. I really don’t understand the point of having a virtual staff if they’re not available during the hours where an in person human is not.
