Pros:

房間內的湯很舒服，房間算新

Cons:

住宿前說明不足，去了才知道範圍是整座山，連check in的地點都找好久，留言詢問也都沒人回覆。

吃飯或去大浴池都要開車，非常不方便。

訂購時明明有寫清楚是2大2小，飯店說找不到其中一位小孩的餐食資料，現場又多付錢

自然の音に包まれ、お風呂で満喫、癒し宿
Pros:

お部屋についてる露天風呂は気持ちよかった
曇っていて、富士山全く見えず残念。
またいつか、富士山眺めながら、お風呂入りたいな

Cons:

お部屋に、ヘアブラシ、歯ブラシ、は欲しかった。
大浴場、「森の湯」もブラシなく、困った。
メンボー、ティッシュ、ヘアブラシは欲しかった

とても良かったです

お部屋が新しくとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです

Cons:

売店にお土産をもう少し色々おいて欲しいです。
帰りにお風呂に寄って帰ったのですが、タオル返却する所がなく、お友達が泊まってたので、お友達のお部屋に置いてきました。

Not good for families with the room we got.
Pros:

Natural environment.

Cons:

The room was very old and stained sofas.
No wifi in the room even though wifi availability mentioned in booking.com.
We need to buy tooth brush and paste separately.
Every tourists locations are very far from the hotel.

Pros:

Le domaine de l’hôtel est énorme mais ils ont une navette qui passe par Shuzenji et ensuite s’arrête à plusieurs endroits.
La vue est éblouissante, nous sommes arrivés à 15h et le mont Fuji se cachait mais le le lendemain matin nous avons pu l’apercevoir directement depuis le bain sur le balcon: c’était exceptionnel!
La chambre était très jolie, j’ai rarement vu des lits aussi grands !
