The staff here were exceptional. We travelled with our toddler and they made this stay truly special. Chloe and Alice especially!
The location was also great for the old quarter and made our time at Hanoi lovely
Everything , all the staff were nice and could all speak English. Beer street and the shopping places were all within a 10 minute walk. They give 2 access cards which allows the air con to be working for the whole day whilst you are out.
Nothing bad to say
The staff are the best part of the hotel! They learn your name and they were so friendly and chatty every day, even giving me cake to try. I was sick for a few days and there was some construction noise and they were great in upgrading us and helping us move rooms so I could get better. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice and great rooftop view! The location is great for getting around the old town, only 5 mins to the lake and market. And the puppet show!!
There isn’t lift access to the restaurant or the pool it’s 1- 2 flights of stairs which was fine for us but difficult for elderly and inaccessible. The gym is as a bit run down with faulty equipment and no air con and the pool is really small. There’s only two sunbeds for the whole hotel which was weird since nobody really sad on all the chairs that were there instead. And the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The hotel was quite expensive although lovely wouldn’t say it was worth the money.

A totally delightful 6 day stay in a wonderful part of the old city and only minutes walk from the lake.
Nothing was too much trouble for
Chloe and the rest of the staff.
The business room was quiet, the bed and the shower brilliant.
Breakfast is excellent and sitting in the dining room overlooking the city, a lovely way to start the day.
The pool is a great way to relax after exploring this fabulous area.
We liked it all.
Just something to consider.
The dinning room is a couple of sets of stairs, (one steep) past the last stop of the lift.

La ubicación del hotel no puede ser mejor ya que está a la lado del lago principal de la ciudad y, a su vez, en el barrio de compras por antonomasia de Hanoi. Además, el personal fue muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier momento.
