Top hotel op een top locatie.
Pros:

Klein maar fijn overdekt zwembad. Gezellig restaurant voor een goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede ligging in old quarter dichtbij het meer. Rustige ligging.

Great hotel, elevated even more by a five star service.
Pros:

Great location, in the Old Quarter but slightly towards the boundaries, so you can enjoy a bit of peace from the crowded central streets.
Chloe and the rest of the team, including the spa, are so attentive and professional, they made an already great stay an unforgettable experience.
Last but not least, the breakfast buffet is delicious, comes with a big variety of fresh fruit, veggies,hot food - and freshly prepared eggs.
This will be my place to stay (and recommend) in Hanoi now!

Pillows on beds were the worst I have experienced. At first there were no other options. Fortunately,, they were able to find me a smaller, softer version.

Sehr Empfehlenswert! Lage, Frühstück, Zimmer und Hotelausstattung sehr gut

Pros:

Uns hat besonders gefallen, wie herzlich und freundlich das Personal war. Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen und wurde sogar mit einem kleinen Willkommensgetränk begrüßt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal überall sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und hat seinen Zweck gut erfüllt. Der Pool- und Fitnessbereich entsprach allerdings nicht ganz den Bildern und könnte etwas erneuert werden. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des tollen Personals.

Pleasant comfortable stay
Pros:

Location was convenient for us as it was a very short walk from where our overnight bus dropped us off. We appreciated the late check in which still came with a complimentary drink on arrival. The staff were always nice and respectful. Our room was very comfortable and there was minimal noise issues during our stay. When we put up DND for our room, housekeeping still left us new bottles of water by the door. The lift was always fast and smooth. The pool was small but large enough for 2 to enjoy. The buffet breakfast was adequate to accommodate Western and Eastern palates. The gym was similar to the pictures with a diverse range of equipment suited to calisthenics training and towels provided.

Cons:

While it isn't explicitly stated in their booking details, cash is preferred for payment of your stay. Due to our late check in, the payment machine was turned off or not working. The hotel accepted a partial payment as we did not have enough to cash on us to cover the full cost and we paid the remainder the following day. While the gym was similar to the pictures, I was uncertain about how often the equipment was cared for and maintained. The bathroom was modern, however I would have concerns for older folk less stable on their feet stepping into the bathtub shower without a railing assist.

Très bien pour commencer à se mettre dans l’ambiance vietnamienne
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Hanoï. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins et toujours prêt à nous rendre service avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. La piscine est correcte et agréable après une journée de visite. Une bonne adresse que nous recommandons.

2 eme passage et réservation au Paon
Super bien situé, les chambres impeccables, salle de bain un peu petite mais on le sait en réservant.
Du personnel vraiment au top, souriant, serviable, une mention spéciale pour Dylan qui est d une extrême gentillesse et surtout très efficace
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en consigne pour quelques jours.
