Pros:

Location and rooftop breakfast views.

Cons:

The pool did not meet my expectations and I chose this hotel for the pool. Next time ill choose a hotel with rooftop pool. The pool was cold not heated as advertised, and did not look inviting. I did not swim in it and I book hotels for pools so this was a disappointment. The location was great though and breakfast buffet views. Room was standard not a view as I asked for a high floor with a view but did not get that.

A great modern hotel with a fantastic under cover rooftop pool.
Pros:

Rooms are modern and clean, sound proof.
We loved the under cover pool. It was a good size so quite a few people can get in.
Staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful and the area is close to Hoan Kiem Lake and great rooftop Skybars 😃 The breakfast was great with both Western and Asian options.

Cons:

Everything was great but a metal hand rail at the step in end of the pool would be helpful for older people to access the pool more safely.

Perfect place in the Old Quarter to cool off, rest and explore.
Pros:

Location very good in the Old Quarter with transport very close. Staff had good English and were lovely to deal with. The pool is great. Near the rooftop it had a cover over it to shield us from the sun. Rooms were clean and modern and staff brought our cases up for us. Breakfast had good options.

We had a lovely time at this hotel
Pros:

Great location. Excellent value for money. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble
The rooms were large and very well equipped. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of foods catering for most diets. I would definitely stay there again

Cons:

Not a criticism just a note for people with mobility issues. The breakfast, pool and bar areas are at the top of the hotel, the lift goes so far and you have to access these rest by stairs.
