We loved everything! From our first greeting on arrival by Alice and Peter to the lovely breakfast and awesome staff… Chloe was fabulous too! We were treated like family ❤️
Everything was really good. The breakfast was the best we had in hotels during the trip. Staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. The pool was a bit weirdly located with no views as the pictures made look like, but it was still pretty nice.
Nothing really
Very comfortable and spacious rooms. We loved all of the staff!! Especially the young lady at reception that always greeted us with a smile! Everyone really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and looked after.
The included breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch sehr zuvorkommend. Egal welche Wünsche man hatte, die haben versucht alles zu ermöglichen.
Die Lage war auch super, da alles fußläufig entfernt war.
Das Gym ist leider nicht klimatisiert und deswegen sehr warm.
Die Auswahl des Frühstücks war in Ordnung.

The staff were brilliant....I would like to acknowledge them - especially Chloe who is soooo helpful and willing to help you out. Shes the hostess with the mostest on the reception desk. A very thoughtful and kind staff member.
I didn't like where the restaurant was placed. It was a roof style restaurant which was accessed via three staircases which were steep and pretty tough to scale. I noticed a lot of elderly people were pretty exhausted once they got up to the restaurant where the breakfast was held. I even noticed a man using his walking stick and I had a great deal of empathy for him as he looked absolutely exhausted by the time he got to the restaurant for breakfast and this was the only place you could have breakfast. However, the breakfast was great and plenty of it. The swimming pool also had a greasy tidal mark around the pool indicating that it was not cleaned properly - least I didn't think so. The room was kind of small as was the bathroom and I don't believe there was a true representation in the Booking.com website. I would have liked a lot more natural light into the room but there were only frosted windows with blinds that did not stay up.
Great location, AC was working good. Walked into old quarter in no time. Room was clean.
Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, ragyogó tisztaság, a reggeli kivételes választéka, a személyzet kedvessége, jó ár -érték arány. Jó volt az edzőterem és utána a hűsítő medence .

Noisy, only one lift, alarm kept on going off on the forr and had to change rooms, bathrooms are dated, hated how you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to breakfast.
