Very good
Pros:

Good room, with big and comfortable beds.
There was breakfast: eggs, baguettes, coffee and some local sweets.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Helped us organise the tour in the caves, gave different cookies in the trip :)

Cons:

It was a bit cold in the room.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was right next to our bus drop off and pick up. Nice restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious. When we were leaving the nice lady working there gave us free bottled water.

Cons:

We had agreed with the hotel we would arrive at 3am off a sleeper bus. When we arrived, the door was locked and the whole place was in darkness. We had to bang on the door and shout to get in. When we got in, we were greeted at the top of the stairs by a cockroach. The room itself was not clean, there was a used towel and used Toothbrush still from the last guest. The room was also freezing cold and had bed had only a thin sheet.

Pros:

The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was good. It is also possible to rent a motorbike.

Cons:

They won’t let you rent the bike for half a day.

The Best stay in Phong Nha!
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The manager of the place was waiting for us, even tough we arrived late at night. He was also able to book for us the trip for the next day straight after we arrived to his place! The breakfast was yummy, we recommend the banana pancakes ❤️

Very kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind. They organised our bus to the next location, allowed us to checkin very early in the morning at no extra charge, and booked motorbikes for us. They let us know where all the good restaurants were, the activities to do and where to get petrol/ how much to buy. The room was large with a big bathroom. It was super close to lots of restaurants and coffee places. Good breakfast too.

Okay Homestay run by a lovely family.
Pros:

The staff (the family owners) were all lovely and very helpful. The property was also very clean and the location was central.

Cons:

It was an internal room with a window into the corridor. Sound carried right throughout the building causing me to need earplugs. Shower was terrible. The breakfast was interesting, we choice bread with cheese to be presented with bread and butter and to have the host explain the butter was the cheese, they did provide some juice watermelon as well.

Very clean rooms, very helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel staff was super friendly. The manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us with various queries, including transport to and from the hotel, tourist information and bike rental. The hotel is very central and close to various good restaurants. The rooms are very clean and breakfast (especially the pancakes) very good. They also allowed us to check in very early in the morning, which helped us a lot.

Nothing, it's a good place to stay close to the bus stop if you're travelling over night

Amazing and helpful.staff
Pros:

This was one of the best places we stayed. The staff was amazing, they helped so mich with everything. They let us stay there after check out while we waited and even let us shower and gave us some fruit.
They also.took us to our tour through a cave and went through different roads so we could see the scenery. Highly recomend to stay here while in Phong Nha

Vietnamese kindness at its finest, clean stay
Pros:

Clean, spacious and modern vietnamese hotel. I had the room on the back, with the mountain view. Perfect when you wake up. A vietnamese found my phone in front of the hotel and refuse to answer to phone calls or to give it back. The manager immediately helped me and we ride to the localisation of the phone. Its immediate kindness helped me retrieve my phone 30min before my night bus.

Cons:

nothing, except a breakfast would have been welcome, but not a big deal. At this price, it is ok to not provide one !

Pros:

it was what you need but not sure if it was worth the money

Cons:

we were the only ones there (not their fault) but the pictures where all the people are on the tables isn’t what you see there. First morning the other bed was full with ants what was weird as we didn’t had any food. We could change from room but that room was full of dust and had a smelly bathroom.

Pros:

Really comfy bed and very clean. Bathroom was great with hot water and the room was massive. Booked another night as it was so great. They also let us check in early as the bus arrived super early.

Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly. The WiFi and aircon are strong, the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. It is close enough (2 doors down) from the famous Easy Tiger, but far enough (30 meters) away that your room doesn’t shake from their party. It is located in the center of Phong Nha -right in the middle! Excellent place and an unbeatable value. I’ll be back!

Pros:

This is a very nice, new property! The rooms are spacious, the WiFi and air con are strong, and the staff is very friendly. They are located right in the middle of town, a few doors down from the Easy Tiger Hostel (without all of the noise), and across the street from D’s rooftop bar. All sorts of good eats are only feet away! I came for a night and spent 3. Great place!
