J'ai dû trouver un hôtel près de l'aéroport à la suite de l'annulation soudaine de vol presque minuit. Ça m'a bien dépanné.
Navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel de 5h à 24h30. Petit déjeuner inclus servi dès 4h45.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were lovely and it is located about 15 minutes train from Haneda airport with a free shuttle bus for parts of the day, which made it very convenient. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The free breakfast was simple but good.

Cons:

The beds are a bit firm but still comfortable.

しいていうなら、空港から少し距離がある。でも送迎があるので助かりました。
すぐに空港からピックアップしてくれたし、空港までの送迎もありがたかったです。

羽田までのシャトルバスが予約できてスムーズに空港まで行けた。

Cons:

受付の男性スタッフの対応が悪かった。
事前に未成年者宿泊同意書の提出について電話で確認し、代表者のみの記入で同行者を明記すればよいとの確認を得たにもかかわらず、一枚しかないのか、と高圧的な対応をされたらしい。
未成年者であろうが、お客様という意識をもって丁寧に接客するべき。

The stay is money worth.
Pros:

The Inn is close to the airport. Breakfast is provided early in the morning from 4:45 am to 9:30am. It is good that if a person's flight is early in the morning. The shuttle bus provides early in the morning that is convenient for people who travel early in the morning. I requested for a non-smoking room. The room was smelly. The staff was friendly who changed me to another room the next day because the Inn was full that evening. (Note: I stayed in the Inn for four nights).

Cons:

The first room I stayed was smelly. I did not get a good sleep the night. I stayed in the Inn for few days. I wish there would have a slight change in the breakfast menu, such as once or twice per week.
