Pros:

Was a compact room but I really enjoyed it. Lovely bathroom plenty of hot water. With TV and kettle n fridge. I would defo stay again. I arrived a day too early and didn't realise and receptionists was incredible helpful at 2am trying to find me.a room in another hotel as they were full. I was so grateful as my flight landed at 1am ans was tired.

Pros:

J'ai dû trouver un hôtel près de l'aéroport à la suite de l'annulation soudaine de vol presque minuit. Ça m'a bien dépanné.
Navette gratuite entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel de 5h à 24h30. Petit déjeuner inclus servi dès 4h45.

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were lovely and it is located about 15 minutes train from Haneda airport with a free shuttle bus for parts of the day, which made it very convenient. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The free breakfast was simple but good.

Cons:

The beds are a bit firm but still comfortable.
