駐車場使えたからいいけど…
Pros:

スタッフの対応が良い意味で普通だった。

Cons:

駐車場有りを検索条件にしてこのホテルを選んだのに、駐車場利用は先着順で停めれない可能性があった。しかも駐車場を利用する場合は別料金が発生するという説明は予約の時点でされていない。
その上、チェックアウトするまで駐車場から車を出庫出来ないという謎ルール。
だったらいっそのこと駐車場ナシでいいのでは？

駐車場に関しての決まり事が、利用者側が「どうにか停めさせてください」のスタンスになっていないと腑に落ちないと思います。

Pros:

La literie était confortable, la salle de bain était grande mais ça rongeait sur l espace de la chambre.
L accès au toit et les boissons chaudes gratuites!

Cons:

Le sol était un peu sale, et le fait de devoir laisser les bagages sans surveillances dans le hall si on arrivait avant le check in
